First time getting a haircut in years after doing it myself. Stylist Jessica did a great job and delivered exactly what I wanted, was very communicative, and made me feel very comfortable. I love my new style and I feel like a whole new person!

The old woman here gave me the worst haircut I have EVER received. I have wavy/fine hair and had a long shag that I wanted cut to my shoulders. This woman proceeded to cut it all off to my neck and made me look like The Beatles and then proceeded to blame my hair texture. No effort to communicate this or make it look flattering. Get this woman out of here

Word to future customers don’t go in with long hair if you wish to keep it that length with or without layers and just trim off the dead. They will 100% chop it all off and argue saying it’s what you wanted and not see the issue.
Went in to get my daughter’s hair trimmed up for school… I could tell my daughter was unhappy with the stylist she was very cold and quiet not friendly in the slightest didn’t make an effort to talk with my daughter at all. Which made her even more nervous and anxious. Once she saw the length and it wasnt what we agreed upon. I could see her about to burst in tears but she didn’t want to cry in front of a full saloon. Keeping her length had a sentimental meaning to her which involved her grandpa that passed away. Knowing it’s too late she’s already cut too much there’s nothing I can do….So we quickly left.
Luckily hair grows back but in the meanwhile I now have a girl that isn’t happy wearing her hair down until it grows out again. Not too thrilled the stylist rushed her and tried to cover up her mistakes by cutting off more. What’s worse is reading others reviews and finding out this isn’t the first time this saloon had issues listening to customers requests, and giving them the hair cut they wanted.
Would never recommend this location ever!!!!

I’ve been going to Sandra at SuperCuts in Redlands for several years. Always happy with her skill cutting my hair.
ALERT: Supercuts has done away with the Senior Discount. Not good for those of us on a fixed income. ☹️
AUGUST 2025: As usual, Sandra did a superb job! But they’re no longer giving Senior Discount ($5 on Tuesdays) and Birthday Discount ($5) makes me wonder if SuperCuts is hurting financially. Or are they just being greedy so they can pay their corporate execs obscene wages? Either way, it’s time to look for another salon chain that appreciates their clients.
