Jonathan and the staff took great care us. It was a rather busy day there, and we still received great customer service and care eventhough we took hours of their time. They were all very professional and welcoming. I recommend this location for any kind of help.

My phone was acting up, possibly due to a virus, & the staff member at this store ushered me in & quickly diagnosed & fixed the issue. When I expressed an interest in a new model, he also showed it to me & went over its features. He was personable & professional, & I will seek him & this store out when I need further cellphone help.

Lied to about home internet speeds, lied to over the phone about cell boost device, lied to about the "maintenance and modernization" of the cell tower, and upon returning the whole thing, the saleswoman couldn't be bothered to print the receipt. Miserable experience. If only they were truthful, I would have given them a shot when the tech improves - now, forget it.

Posting on behalf of my mother who had a terrible experience here. Poor customer service and bad attitude for my parents who are not great with technology. The representative “helping” my parents just kept saying unless you pay the $35 service charge I can’t help you with anything. No smile, just a mean off-putting demeanor. So basically unless they’re making a sale off you, don’t expect any help, assistance or guidance.My mother said she was scared to ask questions about any of the iPhones because of the rep’s attitude. I heard the lady’s tonality myself on the phone, and she was very impatient and gave clipped answers. All in all, awful and upsetting experience for my parents.

Sent my mother to get a phone I prepaid for and to transfer her phone number from her old phone to her new phone; given I'm in another state. They told her it's too much of a hassle to transfer and sent her on her way. Terrible service.

I was advised I qualified for a 600.00 trade in value for a phone I wanted to trade in. they said it would show on my account in 2 cycles so i traded it in and the credit never came in. I went back and they tell me I didn't qualify and what I get is an 85.00 credit. That it was error that said i qualified. I asked them if I can get my old phone back and downgrade they said no. They told me they'd give me a call back later same day about the situation and they never did. It's been a week now. Now im stuck paying full price for a new phone and they didn't even bother to apologize for screwing me over.

I came in to pick up a watch for my kid and somehow the rep ended up cancelling my main line and now I have no service . So useless, going forward I will be going to a different store . These guys don’t know what they are doing.

I bought a phone from the store on Redlands Boulevard. Stop charging after three months. Manufacture warranty is a year. Went back to the store a Redlands . was told it had water damage. It's never been near water and she was trying to tell me .if I had it in the bathroom any time it has water damage. So I guess we can't have it in the rain when we go outside .I went to both stores they refuse to take it back and honor the warranty told me that the charging port was part of the water damage ridiculous . The phone will still work but you have to hold the charging port sideways to get it to charge. so I'm out $150 lthey try to sell me another phone. I've heard from several other people that when you go back for warranty replacement did they tell everybody the same story water damage not happy with Metro Pcs will never go there again
