I had kept my rings in a safe for 5 years after a chain jewelry store wanted $900 to repair the prongs on my wedding set. Tekin Brothers was recommended to me by a friend.
The staff provided GREAT, personalized customer service. When they found out that I had traveled 30 miles to see them, they offered to repair the rings while I shopped locally. I ended up not staying just because of my schedule, but my rings were fixed in a matter of 3 hours, and they only charged me $165.
I cannot say enough good things about Tekin Brothers. I will definitely bring my business to them in the future.

It was my first time going to Tekin Brothers. I had a really bent wedding ring with dents on the sides and I hadn't been able to wear my wedding ring in over a year. I finally had the means to get it fixed and went here. When I went in, they said they could cut off my band and make a new one for $350. I honestly expected the price to be way more than that. I went on Monday(04/07) and they called me today(04/09). When I went to go pick up the ring, it looked like a BRAND NEW RING. They were so kind and sweet.
The prices are fair and their honest. They do great work. If I ever need anything done with my jewelry, I will be going here and you should too!

This family owned and run business is so special. Majority of the jewelry is made by the father of the family and they are all so stunning. I can't wait to go back for my next beautiful piece! 😍

I came in to have my wife’s rings soldered together, and I’m so glad I did. Johan and his wife are genuinely two of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They took the time to ensure everything was perfect, and the work they did on my wife’s ring is absolutely flawless. If you’re looking for exceptional craftsmanship and personal service, I can’t recommend them enough!

Tekin Brothers Jewelers are the best!! They were able to resize my ring and replace a stone that had fallen off. I called several places and no one could resize my ring or replace the stone that had fallen off due to the type of metal my ring is made of. The owner was extremely nice and was the only jeweler who was able to fix my ring. The whole family is welcoming and very nice. They even polished and cleaned my ring! I'm extremely pleased with the service and will refer family and friends to them. They are the best at what they do and their service is fast as well. I will continue to come back for any future jewerly needs.

I had a fantastic experience at Tekin Brothers Jewelers. John was incredibly fair with pricing and took the time to educate me about the engagement diamond and ring I was interested in. His knowledge and transparency made the process smooth and informative and his friendly demeanor and patience helped ease any concerns I had. I highly recommend Tekin Jewelry for anyone looking for both great value and expert guidance.

I recently went to this jeweler to see if they can help me fix my wedding ring. They absolutely went above and beyond. I believe it was the owner that helped me. He was the nicest person. He switched my diamonds on two different rings and resized them, soldered them back together, and Polish and Shined them! They looked absolutely stunning. He knew exactly what I wanted and it came out so beautiful. I would recommend taking all your jewelry here. The whole family was so welcoming and nice.

John is a true craftsman. I thought my ring was ruined, but John took on the challenge and exceeded my expectations. The details he was able to recreate were over the top. Look nowhere else for jewelry repair. He loves his work, and it shows.

I STRONGLY AGREE!! These idiots are THIEVES!! They stole my white gold necklace!!! I took it in to have the hook replaced and they switched out my chain with a flimsy easily kinking chain. I was furious!!! I was so shocked, I did not believe it and I did NOT know what to do! I had my chain in my wallet for months before taking it to them and it never kinked. I should have called the police on these creeps right then and there. All I can do is warn others. I would take a lie detector test and come out truthful with what I say. Please don't trust these thieves!!! Karma is a b_____!! They'll get there's.

This might actually be the first time I have ever given a 1 star rating. To be quite honest, it took me a long time to even feel comfortable enough to actually write this review... I am just SO embarrassed and ashamed about this whole entire incident. Prior to coming into this shop, I had done a lot of research and digging through reviews. With 4.9 stars, this spot seemed to have a lot of positive things that were said about it, so I felt pretty comfortable with my decision. I have a custom engagement ring that I had gotten last summer. It was shipped from a NY company, but it was too small and I wanted it resized. Platinum, large lab diamond, and 6 tiny diamonds. Note: that bc it was so small, I had not been able to wear it; therefore, it was in PERFECT condition. The initial company had told my fiance to send it back and they will work on a brand new one for me but it will take 6 weeks. Me, being so eager and impatient, wanted it asap. Thus, leading to Tekin Bros. Right off the bat, owner/staff was very nice and very friendly. We had great conversation, and he made me feel like family. He explained the process. He told me no diamonds are removed... They just heat an area of the band and expand it. Took a week for my ring to be finished, and quoted me at $300. This is where I should have paid much more attention... when I picked it up, the initial excitement that I had, was SO overwhelming, that I could not find any flaws. I was completely blinded by the fact that I can actually slide it onto my finger PLUS the sparkly clean shine was impeccable. I really wish that I had thoroughly examined the ring... Especially the area that was actually worked on. The ring is by no means in a perfect circle. It actually sits lopsided on my finger and naturally gravitates to one side bc of it not being in a circle. Two days later, I went on a a trip... sitting staring at my ring, I noticed one of the tiny diamonds is gone! It was definitely there when I left, but my guess is... During the expansion of the band, the cusp/slot in which the diamond sat, stretched along with it... Loosening the diamond in place. idk. Idk the science behind this, and I would hate to think that something shady had happened to my ring. Overall, I am SO disappointed and extremely saddened that my once perfect ring is now just a reminder of a bad experience rather than a happy engagement Again. The staff was very sweet, but unfortunately, this is NOT great craftsmanship. I could not bring myself to come back, or even call bc... 1, I have terrible anger issues that I've worked really hard on controlling this past year, and I really didn't want to get myself into anymore trouble... 2, I legit do not feel like I would trust them to even TRY fix it for me. He said that his son had finished the ring for me... But like, you personally handed it to me... you legitimately thought that it was "perfect" enough to hand back to me? When I first met you, you kept saying over and over to me that it would be perfect, and upon receiving my ring... when I had it on my hand, you called it perfect... I'm sorry, but if this is your version of perfect, then how could I trust any other service from this establishment. I truly had high hopes for this shop, and I would have given them the benefit of the doubt if the ring was not taken out of the envelope, inspected, and given back to me whilst using the word "perfect" To be quite honest... (this might actually be a big jump and I would never want to accuse anyone, but) at this point, I'm even terrified to check the serial number on my diamond. I will not tell anyone not to come here, but if you do, please bring a friend or partner... Especially if you are new at this, or if you're like me and get distracted easily.
