I have been going to Ron for years (8?) even when he was at another salon. He is the best colorist and stylist i have ever had - I work in the medical industry and work a lot with people pharmaceutical industry and every time i need to go to an event i go to Ron to get my hair done a week before. I always get compliments on my hair. He always listens, and will offer his opinion too. Most of the time i just leave it up to him as he knows what my work entails. He always also recommends the best products when he notices i have an issue like a conditioner for stiff hair (due to hard water). Great advice too. Great person.

I’ve been a client of Katie’s for 16 years! All I can say is that I 100% trust her opinion, her suggestions and her talent for knowing what I need with my hair. She spends time asking questions and really understanding my needs. She runs on time and never rushes through our appointment. I must say Debbie is fantastic! She knows what she's doing! My hair was a disaster in the beginning. She truly puts her heart in her work and definitely made my hair beautiful! Super down to earth! Lol it was like I known her for years! Definitely my new permanent hair stylist! Thank you Debbie!

Patti was extremely helpful in getting all of the tangles out of my wife's hair which I am extremely grateful for and I will continue to take my wife their to get her hair done from now on because she deserves the best. The best hair stylist ever: Amber I feel so lucky to have found Tangles Salon. Amber is a magician. I go in looking my age with all the gray hair and all and come out looking about 15 to 20 years younger. I have dark brown hair and more than half of my hair has turned gray. But she makes me look like a natural born blonde. And all of that without damaging my hair at all. I know it is magic because for the last 30 years or so I having my color done, I have tried many many different hair salons, until I found Amber at Tangles Hair Salon. She is a world class hair stylist and we are lucky to have her here in Redlands.

Ok...this is weird of me but I have not gone here, nor do I have an appointment *yet* with Irma but don't dis me quite yet... I saw a lady in my office building with THEE best color in her hair I have ever seen. I asked her where she goes and who her stylist is (Last Tangle ...and IRMA) and then walked down the hall to my office and promptly forgot those two details (plus the client's name...sheeesh!) and came on Yelp to scroll through all the nearby salons and an hour later...BAM! The name of the salon I had associated with a Disney cartoon, and the stylist's name was the same of the beloved homorist Erma Bombeck! But I digress... This client had stunning hair that warmed her whole complexion! Strands of gold and blonde with gorgeous low lights! EXACTLY what I want for myself. I know this "review" is a little odd, but I promise you it is from the best intent. Now I have to track down this client and get her name so I can tell Irma to "do what you did on so and so". I love this kind of thing! I could read reviews all day, but seeing someone with just the perfect hair, is priceless! Irma must be legendary!!

It took me four years to trust someone with my hair again and I am so glad I found Kirsten! She always exceeds my expectations and makes sure that I love my hair when I leave. I will only let her touch my hair. I highly recommend seeing Kirsten for any of your hair needs!
