Our baby girl has been attending this daycare since she was 8 months old. She is our first, so, like many new parents, we really didn't want to leave her with anyone, but we HAVE to work. We have not regretted sending her to this wonderful place! She has been thriving far beyond what we even knew to expect. We have been so very pleased with her development, and she comes home very happy. People of all colors and backgrounds send their kids to this facility, and I love that because we just love people. A wonderful place!!

Our baby boy is now 5 months and has been in the infant room since August, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention he receives. The teachers are wonderful, sending us pictures throughout the day, and it's clear they genuinely enjoy being with him. They do story time, painting, sensory play, and even have a monthly curriculum adapted for each age group. It’s so nice seeing that the hallways and classrooms display all of the children’s artwork!
We love that he gets to do tummy time, play with other babies, and even go on stroller walks in the outside playground. Our baby hit two new milestones since starting daycare- he's rolling both ways and sitting up early, and we think it’s because he’s inspired by the older babies!
The daily reports are super helpful, too. We always know when he napped and how much he ate, and the app updates throughout the day give us peace of mind. The front office staff and management are also incredibly friendly, and it’s clear they love our little guy so much! We feel so lucky to have found such a caring and nurturing environment for him. Highly recommend!

The staff and teachers are amazing! Very supportive and welcoming. Such a great atmosphere; they keep you updated on your child's day. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for school for their little one's.
Such a wonderful experience. Thank you TLE!

This is an excellent school for my 3 year old. She took a month to get used to school but during that month the teachers were very helpful and tried to help me and her transition her into tue school. The teachers always have a smile on their face and the kids seem to love it. My daughter has grown so much in her skills and with socialization. This was the best investment I've made for my child. Plus, I can work and not have to worry about her being fed or napping. They have a good schedule for the kids. I get updates all day on her activities and what she ate which is very reassuring for parents.

As a first-time mom to a 4-month-old boy, I was incredibly nervous and emotional about sending him to daycare. I don’t leave my baby with anyone, so the days leading up to our start date were filled with anxiety. Even though I toured the center while pregnant and loved it, I still felt nervous on his first day. However, all my worries quickly faded once we settled in.
My baby absolutely loves this daycare and the entire staff! He’s always smiling at both drop-off and pick-up, and the joy on his face tells me everything I need to know. I also love receiving photos of him throughout the day—it’s such a comfort to see him engaged and happy.
The teachers are ALL so incredible. Ms. Kirstin puts the biggest smile on my baby boy’s face every morning. I don’t know how they manage so well with all these little ones, but they make it seem effortless! My baby has even become a little Picasso, painting several times a week, and from the photos, it looks like he’s loving every second of it.
As a breastfeeding mom, I was especially nervous about how he’d adjust since he exclusively breastfeeds and used to only contact nap. But the staff is so attentive, rocking him to sleep with ease, and they’ve created such a soothing environment for him. It’s clear he’s in good hands, and that makes my days so much easier.
I recommend this daycare to all my friends—both teacher moms at my work and neighborhood moms. It has truly been a blessing for us! Daycare isn’t cheap but I feel like this place is worth every penny. Truly the definition of quality care.

My son attended The Learning Experience's preschool and it was a fantastic experience! Everyone was so pleasant, easy to work with, and all knew my son by name just a day after attending. I'm so impressed with The Learning Experience, and I'll be re-enrolling my son next summer!

Our son has been going here for a few years now and our experience with the management, great teachers, and technology platform (app) has been really great. Every teacher he has had has been wonderful and he's loved them. Definitely check it out if you live in Redlands. Ford Park is also right next to it - which is great to take the kids after pick up.

My daughter has been at Learning Experience in Redlands for over 2.5 years and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. The teachers are warm, caring, and every single one knows my daughter by name, they are exceptional. Susette especially, has been with my daughter in classes since she was about 6 months old and my daughter absolutely loves her, I don’t know what we would do without her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Our son has attended The Learning Experience for over 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience all around. We couldn’t be happier with all the care and support he has received. We are so grateful for all staff and teachers. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. We appreciate the daily updates and photos that his teachers send. It’s nice to see what our son is learning and creating each day. We highly recommend Redlands TLE to any parent looking for their child’s first school experience.

My wife and I love TLE - Redlands! The staff there is amazing, especially Ms. Susette who really goes above and beyond. She communicates with us about our son throughout the day, even sending us pictures when the TLE app is down.
Our daughter started at TLE and she had a great experience there that we wanted our son to excel at TLE too. We have not been disappointed and feel that the staff really care about our children.

Firstly, I had full confidence on a school like this. As month after month, my son had a new teacher and not a sustainable class room. He had no assigned classroom because they couldn't keep teachers. Honestly, poor teachers need assistance especially with little ones. 12 to 1 ratio is not enough. Every teacher needs an assistant. Teachers do not get the RESPECT they deserve! They have to micromanage between teachers to help the kids the best way they can. I'm not surprised they keep losing teachers.
Management Team is a joke. All they care is how pretty the daycare looks.
General Manager is unprofessional and needs to work on her problem solving skills, especially with parents. Shouldn't talk to ANYONE with disrespect, you're at a place of work.
My son will not be returning to this daycare.

It was very hard for me to go back to work because I knew I had to place my child in someone else’s care. When I arrived to enroll my daughter Miss Susette was very helpful and professional. She made sure to make me feel at ease that my daughter was in a good place. My daughter has been at TLE for some time now and she loves it.. all the staff is amazing and knows how to work with each single kid.

The Learning Experience has been a great place for my daughter. As she transitioned from another daycare @ 14 months, we love the staff!! We love the curriculum that they provide for her and the professionalism. She has been there since April 2023 and I have seen her development and friendships blossom. I'm happy I made the transition to this school, I highly recommend it!!

I went to see about enrolling my child and went to use the restroom. By the way, nobody said a word to me. I just walked through. I witnessed a woman, who was obviously management of some kind, reprimanding a an employee. I could not believe what I was hearing. Then in another situation, an employee was struggling with babies and small kids and needed help. This poor lady was being treated so poorly as she was only asking her for help. She tried to explain the situation while holding a baby and kids were screaming. Meanwhile, a parent came in to pick up their child, and this lady continued her disrespect the employee right in front of the parent and the children. I wanted to know the mental health of the staff as this would impact how my child would be treated, so of course I to listen from around the corner. It ended with the teacher clocking out (which seemed to be the problem). I was so appalled that this woman was clearly dealing with screaming kids, trying to get help, and instead was being asked to clock out which was the priority rather than helping to ensure the safety of the kids. Another lady was going in the class as I were exiting. I hear her say to the lady who was getting yelled at, “I am scare to take your class, I don’t know how to work with these kids.” Another lady appears from where, I don’t know where, it was like from a magic cloud or something but says “ You were told to clock out!” I wish I had the strength to say something, to step in, but I went about my evening. I wish I had recorded it. There was no regard for the other employee who was going into a class. I’m assuming she’ll be alone and doesn't know what to do. My husband and I will never leave our child here!! It’s beautiful and appears clean, but I’m afraid that the children behind doors don’t have enough staff on hand to make sure the kids are safe. Rather than leaving the knowledge employee who wanted to be with kids and was needing assistance they switched her out with someone who stated she didn’t know what to do. Needless to say, I got to my little car with my big husband who was waiting for me, and as I was putting my seatbelt on I look up; and this lady was just in tears as she made her way to her vehicle. Broken after a day with kids! I wonder if she ever gets a, "Thank you" or "Hey good job." My heart broke. And what also gets me, is that nobody even attended to me. Clearly they were busy. I just cannot believe how the employees are treated. I am writing this after many days of a heavy heart. I can’t stop thinking about it. So I am writing a review. Absolutely no way could I leave my child in this situation. God bless those teachers! So under appreciated!!
