Aw. I had recommended this thrift store to my friends last year. Stopped for a quick visit today and it was not it. Clothing items were over priced, almost all the furniture, which was what I went in for, was priced at $250 and up! It was hard to maneuver around with a stroller as well, even without one it's narrow and cluttered, not very organized and you'll have 5 different guys staring at you to prevent theft? Unfortunately this store won't be in my rotation anymore.

I have stopped here many times. But today will be my last!! I was harrassed by the employees only 5 minutes after I entered the store with my elderly husband. They stopped me and questioned me about my handbag like I had just stolen it there.. I had a full woman's handbag with my personal things in it. They made me wait for 10 minutes until this lady at the register
Came and looked at my purse. They said I could go.! IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL THEN SHOP THERE!! I will never recommend my friends to go there again!!

I just asked for the price of an unmarked item and the lady made me wait for a half an hour and then stood there and ignored me when I went to find her although she was literally doing nothing else. Then gave me a price about five times the amount it should've been just so I wouldn't buy it.

This place is extremely over prized. Including broken items.. every employee is very rude. Made me feel like I was bothering them for a price check cause majority of the store isn't priced. This is a ZERO star !! High priced JUNK

Haha. Don’t come here. Super super overpriced true junk. I get it someone’s trash someone’s treasure but nope. This is literally overpriced junk. Small cabinet for 400$. Glass ware 5$? It’s probably the worst thrift I have ever been too. Goodwill is better and goodwill sucks!

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.The Redlands Thrift store is not at all what it used to be. The prices were once good but after every time I visit, I'm always reminded why I shouldn't return. $20 for a glass pitcher? $200 for a broken washing machine with knobs missing? Mr. Krabs himself appraised all these items. Impressed they are still in business. Some of the items are more expensive than their retail value. Also there's no way to test certain electronics. On top of that, there's a no refund policy. If you find a $40 Air purifier, you have to be willing to bet that it doesn't function. You're much better off spending your time and money at a different thrift store.

I came to this thrift last Friday and tried my luck at their silent auction. I was the top bidder for an entire week up until the very last day of the bidding. I was told someone outbid me by $5 making the item I wanted $20. I was misinformed by a worker in person that I can bid over the phone at amounts of at least $5. When I called I was told that my bid must be at least $30 since I was making it over the phone, because bids for an item over the phone must reach a minimum of $50. I originally bid for $15 and in order to win the auction I needed to bid at least $30 more dollars to win. I am extremely dissatisfied with the false information I received and this was not a good experience for me. I don't think I would ever try the silent auction here again.

Extremely expensive considering they get everything donated to them. Very large with a lot of bigger furniture pieces, and glassware, etc. Has a silent auction space in the back with things like comic books, Pokémon cards, etc. I was a but turned off by the prices. YMMV.

This store is outrageously priced. Attention owner.....YOU ARE NOT A BOUTIQUE! YOU ARE A THRIFT STORE. Selling dollar store items for more than $1 is crazy. Selling a USED food processor for $100 is even crazier! We donate here alot, but I don't know that we will anymore. The employees are over there making all kinds of noise as they're switching out items on shelves, the talking back and forth on their radios cracking jokes is hella annoying and not to mention the employees or owners or family members that work there, whoever they are.....ALWAYS LOOK BOTHERED THAT PEOPLE ARE THERE. THE RBF IS RIDING HARD IN THAT STORE.It's definitely never a pleasant experience. I don't go often but when I do I hope it'll be different and it's not.

Have been coming here for years, found a lot of interesting stuff early on. Place has fallen off in the last couple years and jacked prices way up, bargains are hard to find and they pull just about everything decent for their end of the month "estate" sales. Also of note, you'll never find a retro tv for gaming here, tried to donate a late model trinitron and they refused it stating no one would buy it .

What in the world is this place? My daughter and I were passing through Redlands and spotted the sign, and decided to go inside. It looked so promising, until we started to look at the prices. Outrageous!!! No lie, we spotted a half-burnt, old scented candle marked $9.99, and it had a tag on it from the store (Big Lots) for $2.99. Out of curiosity we asked the lady working at the front register why the price of the candle was marked so high when the original price was $2.99. Her reply was "we have to pay for these things".lol. And, the candle was just the beginning of the nonsense we saw in this place. I would like to know what charity this place is supporting, or if they are a non-profit. Either way, the potential for this place to be a gold mine for bargains is being lost due to their greed and inability to price items accordingly. Such a shame.
