Avoid this dealership at all costs for used vehicles. They make promises to get you in the door and retract when the paperwork comes out.
Their mechanics do not inspect cars thoroughly and leave issues for you to discover.
Their sales people promise 150% to “be there” for you and then guilt trip you making it seem like personal time and money they don’t have. Broken promises, misled and swindled. My worst car purchase experience yet.

Had the best experience working with the Tom Bell chevy team. From their polite greet as we walked the lot to crunching numbers in the office. They worked with us to get down to the best deal possible, without pushing on more expenses than planned. 10/10 will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase, and would recommend to anyone in the market to forget the hassle and make Tom Bell your first stop.

I dropped my car off on friday and received a phone call from the receptionist and asked me if i was going to show up for my appt and i said please check with your service manager because my car was dropped off friday and she continued to tell me my car was not there and asked me if i dropped it off somewhere else. Now keep in mind this is my first experience with this dealership. She left the line and came back and again told me my car was not there. I asked her to go physically check and came back again and said its not there. At that time i asked for the service manager and he came on the phone and said yes we have your vehicle. This is not a good feeling when this is a new dealership for me.. i brought my 2021 corvette that i just bought and spent a lot of money on. Then when i come to pick up my vehicle the service agent Hayley told me i had a scratch on my car and i know for a fact i brought my vehicle in with no scratches i had the car for two weeks. Then when she followed up with me tried to tell me i brought the car in with the scratch and i feel extremely over whelmed and taken advantage of. I then followed up next day with her and asked for a managers number and she gave me Jeremys number and i called and left him a vm and followed up with Hayley asking for him to call me and this never happened. I called again today and left another vm with Jeremy. At this point i want my money back and i will never come back or refer this dealership to anyone.

They never answer I'm trying to buy a car I just want to make sure the car is there before I do a 3 hour drive but in the past 2 days no one answers or sounds like they do but hang up.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Laquisha for her consistently excellent service. She is always considerate and friendly, making the process of dropping off my vehicle a true pleasure. Her professionalism and dedication are commendable, and I believe she is a valuable asset to Tom Bell.
I hope Jim ( Service Manager) will consider recognizing her hard work, perhaps with a raise, as she truly enhances the customer experience.
