AVOID THIS PLACE,GO ANYWHERE ELSE,Terrible company,ruined 30 shirts,very rude an confrontational,the people doing the work were extremely unprofessional,customer service was more like customer abuse,no compensation,just blatant about doing bad work and your stuck with it,we're in the future,didn't realize there was this type of garbage making money off hood people,

Stay away from this place if you need work done properly in a timely manner. Theyre great at answering questions and getting you to pay for the order, but once they have your money, service and communication take a nose dive. Take a look at the attached shirt they ruined. Not only did they ruin it beyond repair, they refused to take responsibility for it. They blamed their machine and said it wasnt their fault! They wouldnt replace the shirt or even refund the embroidery that wasnt done since the shirt was ripped. I was working with someone by the name of Andres via email and we had come to an agreement that they would cover half the cost of the shirt, but the day before i needed the shirt to be done, he calls me telling me they're not going to take responsibility for it. This is over a week after the agreement had been made. So not only do I not have a shirt with the embroidery I need, I dont even have enough time to order a new shirt. He offers to do the new embroidery for free but at this point how can I trust they wont ruin this one too and again not take responsibility for it? My advice is to stay far far away from this place and use someone else. You have been warned!

Unity has done my motorcycle clubs patches. They loom just as I needed them to be. I will jot go anyone else, ever. Looking forward to seeing our banners and other things from them. Down to earth people.

I took a work jacket to get embroidered here and they had me fill out a form as to how exactly I wanted it embroidered. I filled it out and left my jacket with them. 2 weeks later they email me an invoice for the jacket and I pay. I respond to their invoice email and inquire as to how long it will take to get my one item embroidered, and I never receive a response. It has now been one month and I have called and emailed multiple times with zero response from them whatsoever. They are very unprofessional in regards to not responding to emails from customers who have paid for their service, nor updating them in at least with how much longer it will take. I do not recommend this place whatsoever as they just leave your items on the back burner and forget about you altogether, even after you've paid.
