This USPS branch refused to honor my husband’s scheduled appointment, because the person in charge of processing them “abruptly left for vacation” and it wasn’t their fault that the manager didn’t call us!?! Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient, since we drove 45 minutes out of our way to come to this appointment. Do better, USPS.

Awful service! I paid 2 day priority for my package to be mailed out to Missouri on 12/28 and it was never delivered! I have no idea where my package is neither the actual post office ladies have no answer. I went in person on 1/2/25 and their supervisor Rolan was suppose to be in contact with me, up to this day he has not. I went in person today again and still no answer. Do not come here especially with the ladies up at front, right away they get upset like if it's our fault.

It's the post office, and I mailed an international package at the counter. The clerk was friendly.

If I could give them a zero I would, I went to take my passport pictures and they said my appointment wasn’t there but I had confirmed it and everything.The lady’s at the front were rude and both had an attitude. And don’t want to help at all.

Paid $200 for 1 year PO Box and they weren't capable of matching the numbers and putting it in my box. Each month my checks were returned to my clients, so embarrassing and when you ask the front desk why they keep sending my mail back they are completely clueless. Even though I wasn't able to use the PO Box for the first 2 months you will be charged for 3 months if you ask for a refund. How is that even legal? I never got to use the box but was out automatically $50 for choosing this crappy place to have a PO Box at. Hire educated people PLEASE!

Came in to drop off a packaged mirror, after the woman up front scanned it she tried to throw the box in a bin but instead it fell out and landed on the floor. The woman said “I’ll get it. I’ll get it no worries.” I told her it was a mirror and she brushed it off. The woman was nice but that really made me upset. Fragile package or not don’t throw deliveries around.

It's like any other government employer(Many customers, not enough employees! Lines long wait times. I guess it's too much like right for feds to ensure goodcustomer service. I mean no harm, but the public needs quality service from ALL employees and employers. Please smile sometimes, it won't hurt, I promise.I thank you for your service.

Went there this morning early to mail some important stuff in drive thru drop off. The boxes were covered with sticky adhesive inside the slot (all of them on west side drive)to prevent mail from dropping in. Most likely mail thieves. Pay close attention to this and your surroundings when visiting this location after hours.

If you want to discriminated by color purple ? behaiviaaa this is the place. Very rude unhappy oversized lady's . I said good morning she look at me from head to toe, I have her my package and threw it on a bin and threw my receipt on the counter. I ask what her problem was and look at me from head to toe and waived her wig ! Yikes talking about some racist behaiviaaa so sad and disgusting should not be tolerated now I know why they have 3 ⭐
