This store is just okay. Don’t work with Angel, he’s extremely rude and will walk away from you when he gets frustrated. Terrible customer service for those customers coming into Verizon with issues. I see why people go to other stores. We did get our problem solved by another gentlemen with more patience.

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable on everything. No question left unanswered and provided amazing customer service! Josh went above and beyond to make sure that I had a luxurious experience. I definitely recommend this location for all your Verizon needs and wants, if you're looking to switch to Verizon definitely make sure to stop by and say hello.

Not knowledgeable on promotions and now I am getting charged double what they had told me originally. They hung up when I tried to call about it. Sales person asked uncomfortable personal questions. You will also be charged a $40 set up fee to stand with the agent and watch your phone transfer data automatically. Better luck just going to a real Verizon store.

Terrible service, I had my 1 year old cell phone and I changed it for the newest one in one of their promotions and they told me that I wouldn't pay anything if I handed it in... but it wasn't like that, they kept charging the monthly payment to my bill and They told me that the shop assistant had stolen it and they had to investigate. I'm still waiting for them to give me my old cell phone or to return what I paid.

Great customer service !! Me and my sister came to this store and had a great experience with the customer service there. Daniel assisted us and was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. He is clearly knowledgeable about Verizon plans, financing and the phones. He sure knows his stuff. He explained everything and laid all the details out very clearly for my new upgraded phone (Samsung Fold 5), two Tab S9 and a smart watch. Definitely would recommend going to him. Over all I left the store happy and very satisfied.

Brenda was awesome! She was able to answer all the questions I had in such a short time and is clearly knowledgeable about Verizon plans, financing and the phones. I was in a rush and she got me a new phone and offered her help even after leaving the store. Explaining all the financing stuff to great detail which has always been one of my concerns when getting a new phone. She knows her stuff. Great customer service, thank you Brenda!
