The service we received from Marvin and John was outstanding!
Having purchased a few homes over the past few years Viewpoint is by far the best company we have worked with, they made the process so incredibly smooth and easy. Both Marvin and John were available whenever I needed a question answered and were on top of whatever we needed. I felt like they had been friends of ours for years, I could go on and on!

Marvin came through like a champ to save a deal that was about to go sideways! After more than a month in escrow and 3 days before expected closing with another lender, we got the ridiculous news that they could not fund the loan. My sellers were already moved and buyers were getting ready to move in. Instead of panicking, I reached out to Marvin to help determine if he could carry the buyer over the finish line. Within hours he confirmed that it was doable, and less than 2 weeks later he got the loan funded AND closed!! Thanks again for the save Marvin, always an honor working with you!!
