This Walgreen on Lugonia has the worst pharmacy customer service of all. Not only they lost my doctor's prescription, they refused to call his staff to verify. The wait time is always long, staffing is lacking and some is just simply too slow.

The people at the PHARMACY made my husband wait 1 1/2 hr for a vaccine appointment that was scheduled ahead of time. No cars in the drive thru, no other people picking up medication. I dont know what these people do but they sure love to waste other people’s time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS THEY BREACHED MY PRIVACY BY SENDING UNAUTHORIZED PRESCRIPTIONSTO ANOTHER PHARMACY WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! And when I contacted walgreens about it they really behaves like they could care less about their mistake or how I felt about it as a customer. Once my last refill is filled here I will NEVER in my life use this joke of a pharmacy again.
The pharmacy at this location is a joke. Trying to get through on the phone is almost impossible, sometimes they will continously put you on hold with out saying a word and then let the line ring until it hangs up on you. I just spent 30 MINUTES on a line that kept ringing and being put on hold just to be disconnected with out speaking to anyone!! I am currently transferring all of my prescriptions to a new pharmacy and I really have no idea how they keep customers here it is a joke and the customer service is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a pharmacy that treats you like they value your business and values customer service because this place ain't it!!

Horrible service at the pharmacy. They take a long time to answer the calls and when they do they just put you on hold and then never respond back.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist and techs are extremely rude and unprofessional…I could list all of my negative experiences from the last 3yrs of working with them but I’d be here all day.

How can you close a pharmacy and not tell anyone. I have a special order medication that is due to be picked up today, sunday and when I called Wednesday I was told it can be picked up Sunday. I even verified Friday and no one mentioned the store would be closed. I can't transfer medication because it's a control. This is months in a row I'm screwed picking up my medication on time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The dark haired lady was so rude to me tonight. I asked her to get me a family members medication and she definitely didn't explain things very well and was really negative. She acted as if she didn't care about her job. I would never recommend her service ever. Rude

Just went to this place to look for Zicam. Asked in the back at the pharmacy window two people who work there, either two techs or a tech and a pharmacist. Neither of them knew if they carried Zicam. One of them suggested to go and ask at the front check out, since in her own words “they always move things around”. As soon as I asked check out person, she replied “everything is in the back”. Left this place for CVS in Redlands where the pharmacy tech pointed out right away where Zicam was.

The line to pick up is super long and seems like staff don’t know what they are doing. Card was ran and then turns out they ran old insurance and charged me the old insurance rate. Don’t make sense when my insurance covers this medication. Like, what gives guys? Then to get a receipt showing the refund manager had to be called because the pharmacy people couldn’t do it. Never will I ever…

I scheduled an appointment for a Covid test. I arrive a few minutes before my test and notice there is a QR code to check in for my appointment. I try checking in but the cell service is awful, so it takes me some time. I check in and I receive a message stating they will call me shortly but no one ever does. I wait for 20 minutes in a pick up line, just for someone who doesn’t know what they’re are doing to take another 10 minutes typing who knows what in. Then, I’m told you’ll have to wait for someone to call you shortly! This process is up to 40 minutes for a freaking Covid test that I paid $25 for. If I have Covid everyone else here has it now. No concern, no help. The service is pathetic.
