Made an appt & drove 1.5 hrs to this location. They wouldn't take my appointment, or put my tires on. ? Even though I bought the tires from Walmart and was reassured before my appointment that they would fit perfectly. Wasted gas, wasted my time, & spent my hard earned $ on NOTHING, with zero help from the staff. The older cashier woman was extremely rude to anyone who was not of her own race. It was rough watching a staff member be blatantly racist. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Go to a mom & pop tire shop & save yourself the stress & $!

I have gone at different time/day of week and it’s always minimal 2 hour wait. In some instance they have quoted 6+ hour wait.

The cashier Pam, & josh were helpful, the manger felix was very good. Helpful and friendly. Despite all problem he manged to fix the problems, however, the other manger Gabriel who should not be placed in a position to interface with people. The man is RUDE. He needs either retraining or just kick out. He gets "0" star.

Service was not the best. Was treated very rudely by one of the staff for coming “late” to my appointment even though online it said to come within 8-9. By the end of the service the person giving me my keys and receipt didn’t say a word to me, just handed them and that was it.

Every time I come here always a let down. Said they stop taking cars at 530, came in at 4 only to hear that was a lie. Second time this happened. A complete waste of time coming here.

SO slow. Was there before they even opened 2nd in line and they still took well 2 hours for a simple oil change. The cashier was very kind and did check on it but she kept getting the same response. “It’s emptied they just have to fill it” they really need to work on putting a little urgency in their work.

The quality of work is decent. However the employee's don't work with a sense of urgency. I don't know if it's the lack of supervision or what but they work for 5 minutes and stand and BS with each other for 10 minutes. I literally stood there and watch one side of the oil changing station empty for 15 minutes before they pulled two cars in to that station.

You know I would have loved to give this place an awesome review when you call on the phone to the desk of the auto care center in Redlands and they tell you that they can only put the car tires on that are specifically made for your make year and vehicle and you tell them you have the same exact numbers for the tires for your year make and vehicle and they say that it's okay to come on down they'll put them on for you yet when you show up they somehow forgot to mention how they don't want to feel at fault for not wanting to put them on even though they're like brand new with the barcode still on them a big epic waste of time

I went in to get an oil change for my husband's truck. The service tech told me it would be half an hour, as it was evening and no one was there. Took over an hour before they started working on it. They notify you via text when your vehicle is getting serviced. By the time I made it home, almost broke down, there was ZERO OIL in the vehicle. After calling the shop in the morning to let them know the manager said he would review the footage of his service tech to see if he did put oil and would call me back. They offered to tow me down the mountain to the shop for a review. I called the next day and was put on hold. No call back- not once. My husband checked the vehicle himself. The filter was changed and plug tightened but there was zero oil in the car. I called back 2 weeks later, the day of this review, after waiting to hear back. I asked for the manager. Someone who was NOT the manager spoke to me. How do I know it wasn't a manager? Because he said the Manager was there and apologized for not calling me back. Later in the call it was that he did call me back but I didn't answer. There was no voicemail left and no call back number on my phone. They refused to do anything else and said for me to bring it back to them. NO WAY IN HELL! Do NOT go to this service center. We have never had issues with walmart's auto centers with our other vehicles. THIS location sucks!

Although they are understaffed they do the best they can. Their prices are unbeatable, they do have a little bit of a wait. You can though do your shopping while you wait.

Specifically drove there and wasted gas just to find out they have a tire technician to serve me. Although I called earlier for confirmation.

Does the tire department get commission for sales???...lol..because it sure seemed like he was trying to sell me something i didnt need??
