I came in today to make a deposit. The teller was very efficient, knowledgeable and kind! I have been coming in for years and the girls always make me feel welcomed. They present a comfortable dynamic while still presenting themselves professionally, given most of us customers are regulars after all. Management changes frequently unfortunately and the dynamic tends to change. Marisol & Shrddha are immensely missed as management at this branch. Jessica N. (New management) seems very uptight and unsupportive of the tellers. It can get uncomfortable during transactions when she tends to strive things dominantly. It comes off hostile. She may want to try adapting to the branch rather than intend to change it. We love our tellers & bankers. They are what keep the branch feeling familial.

They do not keep appointments as scheduled. Horrible. Twenty minutes late. We scheduled and came early. They are late and will not help us. We eventually got some help. My mom is elderly and we would appreciate timely service when appointments are made.

I have been a wellsfargo customer since 1998. I opened my first account here at this branch in downtown redlands. Today (1/3/2023) like thousands other people I was in line for more than 30 mins inside the branch and when I got to the teller, she told me that I could not get money from my ADP (my wisely)debit card because my name is not on it. I had been cashing ADP (payroll) card for almost 1 year now at soo many different wellsfargo locations, and including this one. Wow, I was shocked since I had never have any problem before. And the teller was asking around if any of the other tellers ever saw my kind of card, and they said NO! And she said that she never saw me in that branch before. Are you kidding me?!? Of course she had never seen me because she is probably new. Hello?!? The manager told me the same thing that at that branch they cannot cash a card with no name on it. If they are not new employees they would know what an ADP card looks like, but apparently since they are new employees in that branch, they didn't have a clue what they were doing. So basically the teller was implying I was a liar. Wow... Usually if I try to take cash out from that card, they just ask for my ID and then signature at the end in the keypad. So today I had to drive all the way to another branch and they helped me cashed out my money from my payroll account. I still love wellsfargo bank although I get a super bad experience from this one branch, but thankfully other branches still treat me nice. But I will call and file a complain to customer service as those at this location need more training for sure. And I also have proof from my ADP statements that I withdraw money from wellsfago banks everywhere. So no, I am not a liar!!!

I banked here and got disrespected and had my money put on hold multiple times, the female Asian accent speaking worker called me stupid and asked if I was d*** and she hung up on me, I called customer service a second time and the same lady picked up and heard it was my voice and she hung up, I don't understand how someone can hate there job because I just wanted help with a unknown charge on my account.

My ex-wife is claiming that I owe back child support.. I came down to this Wells Fargo with a heavy heart wondering how much this was going to cost me to get all the copies of the checks I sent to her with her signature on the back.. the young lady behind the glass, I miss janet, took the opportunity to help me almost over 22 minutes and she was able to get me two and a half years worth of the checks that I needed to prove my innocence. This was absolutely outstanding. And to my shock and dismay there was no charge. I don't come to this Wells Fargo very often because it's in Redlands and I live all the way up in upper Yucaipa. In the future I definitely will. I didn't speak to anybody else other than Ms Janet so she's the only one I would recommend for help. Sorry I don't have a last name for whoever is reading this.

Stopped by this morning to open a checking account and to update my online banking information. Lesley (PB) took less than 45 minutes to set up my new checking account and get me online access. I appreciate her friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness. I have several accounts with other banks (BofA, Chase, US Bank, HSBC, and CUs) that I may close and consolidate with Wells Fargo. Thank you Lesley for all your assistance this morning.

Use to go to this branch all the time, but I will not be going back after their rude and disrespectful security guard!

I received two offers from Wells Fargo bank and I didn't understand one of them. They told me I messed it up and was no longer qualified. There were no bankers there to discuss other offers, so I closed my account.

It's my first time at this bank and they were actually opened earlier (I arrived a little after 8:30 am) than the posted time online or on the door. There was just a few customers ahead of me. Jessica was very attentive to what I needed. Her service was friendly and fast. Great customer service! Also, they have a very alert bank guard too to make you feel safe. If ever I need to actually go inside a bank again, I wouldn't mind coming to this branch.

Everyone I've dealt with at this branch has been extremely helpful and accommodating. A big thumbs up for Adam Antekeier. Super friendly, competent, and intelligent. He knows his stuff, and will drop everything to help a customer (me) who drops in without an appointment. 10 stars for Adam!
