Worst pharmacy on the planet... go elsewhere. Its a constant wait and after you wait they tell you need the pharmacist to ok your Rx and of course they are NEVER there. Come back in a half an hour.... after standing in line for half an hour I'm sure not coming back to wait another half an hour!!!! No Wonder Rite Aid's are closing everywhere Good Riddance to Bad Rubbish I will NEVER go there again

The Lead Pharmacist Ngozi is Awesome, best Pharmacist I ever had. Ngozi really cares and makes an effort to help. I've talked about personal problems, and she took time to listen and show concern. She always asks how I am doing. I have had complaints on other staff, and she promptly corrected the issues.

Until today I had been a customer at this Rite Aid for close to 10 years. Their customer service was excellent. In the last couple of years it has become horrible. The most recent prescriptions I have been trying to get filled have taken a week and I have had to go four times to try to get them, every time there's a reason I can't pick it up. Once, they needed clarification on a prescription, but hadn't called the doctors three days later, their system is always down, or their pharmacist is on break or lunch and they can't authorize the release of the medicine. This isn't a one time thing, it is almost every time I try to fill a prescription. Then, instead of apologizing, or offering some sort of solution the people at the pharmacy, just let me know that it's not their fault. I am now transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and I will not be going back.

I had to run in for some toothpaste but when I arrived at the door it didn't open up. I noticed the latch was locked and the cashier and another employee were hanging out at the register nearest the door with drinks in their hands. They looked up and one of them walked over and said they were closed. I checked my phone and it was 8 minutes til the closing time which was posted on the door. This was particularly frustrating since one of us works at a different Rite Aid location and we never lock the doors before the closing time posted. Not sure why this store is allowed to do that and not sure how early they lock the door before closing time, but I would suggest not coming here if it's 10 minutes or less prior to closing time.

I have been coming here for 8 years. The pharmacist is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. She always goes out of the way to help me. I drive from perris just to get my scripts. Actually both pharmacists are great. They are a lil short on staff so makes it more difficult. I have seen people treat them so rudely and aggressively when they want their narcotics before they are due bc they took to mny. I have seen her called a "racist" and cussed out before. She handled it w such grace. I asked her how she deals w that after. She said "I don't deal w ignorance". I think any other pharmacist would be cussing back at them. Tell u she is a huge asset to this store. I think if she left a lot of customers would leave to. Just a great lady who works her butt off to

On their website, it states their pharmacy opens at 0900. They do not. I didn't get out of there until about 0930 with only one person ahead of me. The ladies were extremely rude and seemed super impatient. I get people have bad days, but it's like this all of the time. Rite Aid, get it together.

Woah!!!! So we came in here around 4pm to get ice cream. There was already someone waiting in line. We were waiting about 10 mins when I thought I would inquire with another employee I saw stocking the refrigerator section. I calmly approached and asked if there were any additional employees to assist with the ice cream counter. The employee responded,"I can't help I'm stocking the refrigerator stuff. There's only 2 of us working right now." Sorry I could see she was busy and didn't ask her to help. I just asked if there was anyone else available since the employee at the main register had a line. She said that the employee working at the register would help the ice cream counter people. Maybe they had call offs but that is not a way to run a business.

Okay the cup says "Award Winning Old Fashioned Ice Cream" (see my pic), while I don't think so, the $2 1/2 buck scoop of ice cream is still a flavorful bargain. On this trip the service was fairly quick, and the attendant was very helpful. The chocolate brownie ice cream was fairly rich and thick. There were plenty of walnuts, some were fairly hard and some were fairly mushy (you kinda get what you pay for). The scoop amount was appropriately sized. While not a destination for an ice cream aficionado place, it certainly will hit the spot for the price point and for an impulse.

Located in the corner of the plaza. Enough parking nearby. This is our second time here because we picked up our Amazon packages at the Birds hub. It's very convenient when you know that you're not at home and don't want your packages left at the front of your home. The store is clean and this place looks full stocked.

Pam F., owner..Everything I have to say can be found in all of the one star reviews and nothing has changed. I view this store and as my people, but every other visit to pharmacy presents a problem, I like to be loyal, and and fond of the employees. (been coming in for at last 10 years). But sometimes the delays, no one is here to help you, they have gone for lunch, what prescription? Oh we don't carry that pill anymore, (could have told me), and worst, I called on a Saturday to say, there were two prescriptions ordered by my doctor, that she just cancelled, so please put them back on the shelf. The pharmacist, thanked me for that. The following Wednesday, my husband went to pick up the two new ones, he came up with all 4, a very costly mistake...and you know, no offer for a credit or to make it right..this was the 3rd time for this mistake, no we can't help you sign up for covid tests with your medicare card today no one here to do that (two people standing there/could have handed me a form, and been told to come back at a better time), and even sometimes I hear lies as an excuse (so there is also defensiveness instead of truth some times..For example, My doctor ordered a 30 day prescription of a new drug to try. They filled it as 90. I said, no my doctor only wanted 30, I was told, Medicare requires 90. I dont believe that unless the doctor is now second to Medicare in decision making. Then I got covid..called to request a home delivery. No delivery new lady, "I need the pills to start today on day 5" delivery? I said, okay, I guess I will come in a get it. NO response, like we can bring outside to you. I have always explained problems are due to understaffing, lots of turn over in employees, but its the same, no matter who is there. Customer service is compromised because there seems to be a morale problem. Doesn't matter if they call us by name, there is no smile along with it. All we want is to run in and run out, don't care about being called by name, just want an efficient service..not some problem to solve the requires us to wait. We get home to a d*** on-line way too long,survey, asking so many irrelevant questions about the employees? And giving choices that often exclude our true response. Also shelves so empty, I am always surprised you stay in business..

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. It is consistently the worst run pharmacy I've ever seen. There is rarely a pharmacist on duty. Their "break" times are long and inconsistent. And if you do make an appointment for a vaccination they DON'T honor it. I've made 2 different vaccination appointments, only to show up on time and be told there is not a pharmacist on duty to administer it. I would go anywhere but here. I personally just switched to Sav-on Pharmacy in Albertson's right next door. And it's been a great experience!

Specifically the pharmacy. Awesome people. Great kindness & knowledge. Just remind them to get your meds ready at a certain time or they'll do it in order. They are so helpful, caring & answer all my questions about these confusing medications. The pharmacists are very lovely people who do care. It shows. They help as much as they can & more!!!!

I used to get my medicine here, the pharmacy ran fine for the most part, but I changed places simply because this location has such bare shelves. It's like they got ransacked or something. I like to pick up face wash or cleaning items or whatever other little things when I pick up my medicine. I understand it was difficult to acquire items during Covid and that products have delays, but not to this extent. And it doesn't make sense that the missing products are the same products that are completely filled over at any other rite aid or cvs. Their order writers definitely need some new training.
