He was super nice and helped me out plenty!
I came in with a dead battery and had my baby with me. He was able to get the battery and test it out for me. Just to add He did everything for me so I wouldn’t have to put my son down. I highly recommend this location for the great service i’ve received all the times i’ve came in

Ruben was phenomenal. In an area of my life where I know little to nothing about cars, he made me feel welcome and ensured that I was educated in exactly what I needed for the best savings. He even went out of his way and guided me through the freon recharging process. What a guy, and what an establishment.

Wesley is awwwesome! Yesterday he helped me with an antennae which he had to make fit my car. I also bought windshield wipers. Troung helped me install everything. Wesley is helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Wesley. I'll spread the word. 😀

The store manager and cashiers were friendly and fun. As they rang up my windshield wiper fluid they explained to me how Pep Boys is now a separate business from Advance Auto Parts.

Ruben was amazing, my plates were taken when my car was stolen, got the car back not the plates. He personally helped locate the proper screws for the new plates and even put the plates on for me. Excellent service and great assortment of auto supplies and parts.

My car wouldn’t start after dining near the Adv Auto store where i had previously bought a new battery. On his lunch hour, Manager Ruben, drove over on his time to check my battery connections and tried to power the battery up.
Turned out my starter had failed, but I was amazed and appreciative at his above and beyond customer care. *****

This was the first time I’ve worked on a car in 35 years. The people at Advanced Auto in Redondo Beach were great. Knowledgeable and very helpful. What they didn’t have, they ordered and it arrived very quickly. Highly recommended.
