Obsessed! I was more of a yoga gal, but I really wanted strength and conditioning training and I’m so glad I gave Allegiate a try!! Great trainer’s, great program, great people! Most of all, I can play pickleball without injury due to the strength I’ve gained at Allegiate — win win!!

I am a fan of this gym! The coaches are great and the workouts incorporate mobility, which is really awesome. It's a nice environment, conveniently located and the equipment is in good condition. Highly recommend!
