I love this place! The owner is so positive and there is a wide variety of offerings! The yoga teacher Amber's restorative yoga class is exactly what I was looking for! I loved the relaxation along with the ocean view!

I took my first restorative yoga class here and it was a great experience. Very nice small studio, the instructor was very helpful and peaceful and helped you to ensure you were properly positioned. The owner came by, and is also very friendly.
