Rate 10/10 they hit it out the park of how they care for customer needs and make it there priority for you to leave happy.After your car come out the wash and it wet it never sit in the sun baking so it does not leave water spots. It under the garage which is shaded. There team run in sync because they all work together to help each other out . Which I admire with good people like them . I been a returning customer for them for a long time . So I am happy there standards is still there from when I first came to them.”

“I chose Hollywood Riviera Car Wash because it was 2 blocks from my office. I recently had some paint damage to my car during the Pineapple ? Express rainstorms when someone turned into my lane at LAX arrivals. I didn't realize the damage until after the storms ended. I wasn't sure if the damage could be repaired with a simple clay and wax job. I was on the verge tears as I arrive Hollywood Riviera Car Wash, since I'm positive Juan the manager , wouldn't be able to fix my problem and I would have to make an insurance claim. He assured me that he could resolve the issue. There was no wait , and I was seen right away. 2.5 hours later, I received a call to retrieve my car. As I walked up to my SUV , relief washes over me in an awesome way . Not only because the paint damage issue has been resolved, but my SUV looks better than when I drove it from the dealership after purchase. “Like the other reviews mentioned, yes they attempt to upsell you when you arrive. It is a business after all, come on. It's not like these guys are living like kings. They're just trying to make a living like the rest of us. I chose the upgrade.I had a great experience. I'm pretty sure the time of day had a little to do with it too. There was only one other customer waiting for their car that I noticed. 4:00pm on a Thursday is the BEST TIME to arrive! I immediately had 4-5 guys approach as I pulled up. Amando (sp?) was very kind to offer to fill up my tank and explain the different wash options. This was my first time here and everything went very smoothly. My center console was cleaner than when I first brought it in. Was it spotless? No.I didn't pay to have it detailed.Inside was clean and most items were stocked. The cashier was very friendly and my transaction was done quickly.I would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommend!”
