I have stayed here many times. This last trip at 6:15 am. Front desk guy very rude. Extremely unprofessional. Locked the front door and told me we dont open until 8:30. Just wanted to print a page for my work. He started yelling bye. Bye like a mad child. Never going to stay here again. Hopefully the manager reads this and maybe train this ignorant guy again. An idiot like this should never work in a customer service position ?

OK this review is directed directly to Aloha Smog and not best Western it a tight spot but they’re two different buildings and I just want to make the correction at this location as well as the credit and review goes to Aloha Smog which I have been going there for a long time and they are professional. They are kind and courteous. The prices are fair. It seems like by the time you get out of your car to get tested you’re right back in and on your way out. It’s very very quick because they know exactly what they’re looking for anyway, I would like to say thank you to the whole team at Aloha Smog.

A very nice place to stay when on business in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a decent free breakfast and parking is free. The shower and wifi are good. I recommend this place...

This location is a gem. The grounds and appearance impressed me, as well as, the clearly marked parking spaces that were very safe and spread out.

Have stayed here numerous times and each experience has been wonderful. Rooms are extremely clean. Staff at any hour of the day or night is very courteous, welcoming, and kind. Parking is always available and breakfast is very good. Manager named Aram (I believe) was very helpful with any questions of mine. Overall a great hotel.

This Best Western is the true embodiment of a 2-star hotel. When we arrived, the room we were given was not clean and had some type of bodily fluid stain on the sheets. I did not sleep on the bed.The next morning I went down, in person, during breakfast to request a room cleaning and fresh sheets. They assured me that the cleaning team was scheduled to arrive in an hour. When I returned late that evening, the room was still unclean with the same nasty sheets and dirty towels.We will not be returning to this location or to any other Best Western. We're disgusted.Noteworthy details: Waffles at breakfast are nice
