We are in town to visit family and stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed the central location and the breakfast. Parking was a bit tight, but we didn't use the parking garage, which would have made things easier. The entrance has quite a deep dip when exiting, so take it slow if your car is low.

Great place to stay. Close to the ocean, but not on the beach. The rooms are deluxe.

The night staff at the front desk was nice. The morning manager was okay. Had an issue with my room. After it was cleaned. I found two syringe caps in my room. One was on the floor. One was on the counter. I took pictures which I will include here and I took them to the front desk in the morning. The manager assured me he would find out what was going on the next day. I inquired about what had happened and I was told that the room had not been cleaned since I had been in it even though I had been there 3 days at this point. And my concern was if housekeeping hadn't been in my room who made the bed and empty the trash cans. There was no other answer. There was nothing else. He just said that no one had been in there. Said he could switch me rooms but that was the only thing offered. No explanation and no apologies

Had a great time during my 11-night stay. Complimentary breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the rooms are clean and spacious. Cozy beds. I door jacuzzi and heated pool.My only gripe is housekeeping was perfect for a few days, then starting forgetting things like taking towels and making beds .. then they didn't replenish any of our cups, toilet paper or anything else near the very end

First off, service here is pretty slow. After finally being checked in, I was glad to see that it was a clean room with a nice set of different shampoos and shower gels. There's small bottle of body lotion which I took advantage of. There's a Kcup coffee machine which took me awhile to learn. Most of these machines will just make a certain amount of ounces of coffee for you. However, this one is just single use and will drain the entire water you put in the tank. What this meant was that I definitely made a mess with my first cup. This hotel comes equipped with free breakfast, wifi, pool, small indoor sauna, and, and a tiny gym. I used the gym twice during my visit. It only has one bike, one elliptical, one treadmill, and then one machine used for various upper body workouts and another machine used for various leg workouts. You can even request workout towels too which is nice. One of their advertisements in their lobby was showing grab and go breakfast options. I was very interested in this but the clueless workers had no idea what this was when I asked about it. I literally thought that there would be bags or a way to bag up breakfast and go. What it actually means is that you're welcome to take any breakfast you get outside of the breakfast room. That's it. In any case, you can ask for housekeeping to clean your room between nights and they cleaned everything except for the coffee spills I had. Oh, and the room comes with TV, fridge, and microwave too which is cool. I liked their heating system and I was able to sleep relatively well at night.

The front desk staff is not the friendliest. However, Anthony is great. There was a mix up with our room and he fixed it right away. We we're not there for pleasure, we were there for a death in the family and Anthony was very kind.Walkability: You can walk to The Riveria, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. There is also a shopping center right next door with CVS and more restaurants.

Don't waste your money. The hotel itself and rooms are in pretty poor condition and smell gross, including a persistent mildew odor and thin walls. You will hear everything. There are better places to stay in the beautiful area of Redondo Beach that are all-around nicer.

One of the nicer Best western hotels. Located in a decent area with a few restaurants just around the corner (try the Thai restaurant, excellent). Our room was a nice size and comfortable. We have T-Mobile and didn't have service in our room, but WiFi was good enough that cell service wasn't an issue. Breakfast area was neat and the food was decent. We didn't use the pool area, but it looked pretty nice (small pool). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location on a budget. It was awesome for a quick night before heading to our final destination. Room felt a bit humid and the carpet ate all of that moisture. Kind of felt damp in a sense.

The pillows are the size if you cut a normal sized one in half. Strangest thing. It's a nicer motel 6 I would say. The vending machine didn't work either. Only reason it gets any stars is because it's close to the beach and bars. Wont come back.

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel left much to be desired. I had made my reservation through Priceline, and the room I had initially booked was for three guests with three single beds. However, upon my arrival, I was surprised to find a room with a double bed instead. When I raised this concern with the hotel’s management, specifically during a face-to-face conversation with Anthony, the manager, the response I received was unprofessional and unsatisfactory.Despite my in-person communication with Anthony, the hotel’s manager, the explanation provided for the room’s suitability for three guests with the existing double bed did not align with my initial reservation through Priceline or my expectations. The extra charge felt unjust, and I was left with no choice but to reluctantly pay to avoid sleeping on a sofa. This unprofessional handling of my reservation and the additional charge for a room that did not meet my initial booking criteria has left me with a negative impression of this hotel. As a result, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I have no intention of revisiting or recommending this hotel to anyone. The lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by both the hotel and its management is deeply disappointing.
