“Fernando and the crew do very high quality work with great attention to detail. They were able to perform all of my requests in a timely manner. I took my Ruby Red Mustang to fix a gouge in the paint on the grill area of the car, replace the chin spoiler and service the windshield washers. The windshield washer reservoir is only accessable from under the car so I had them do that service while they did the other work. When they performed the gouge repair they removed the entire bumper cover so they could remove the grill and do the job properly, not just patch, mask the grill and paint. The shield under the car also had to be removed, a great time to fix the windshield washers and replace the chin spoiler. When I took my car in I pointed out some deep scratches on my fender that a detailer left with his buffer. That detailer could not buff it out and denied scratching the car. Another detailer was not able to buff it out either. The fine people at Urban Collision Center were able the buff out the scratch and touch up a tiny ding on the edge of the drivers door. A very plesant suprize! Now that I received my car back it is in perfect condition! Urban Collision Center also performs major repairs, i.e. they were spot welding a new roof the a car while I was there.
