Took the Jeep in to have several symptoms addressed. They rapidly identified the roots of the symptoms and fixed 2 of the 3 immediately. The 3rd required me to come back because it would take several days to get the parts. Once they came in they scheduled me in and got everything done in less than a half day. I've been taking my Cherokee here for 24 years and I've always been treated well.?

You have very poor service and very expensive.The old grandfather is very nervous and dissatisfied. I have Transit connect, I was rated 3200 catalyst replacement. In another service, I was also valued at $ 2000 after inspection .and another $2500. As a result, I myself ordered for 1100 on eBay. And I'll put it for $100. 3200 and 2000 is there a difference? 3200 and 1200 is there a difference? Think 100 times before you go here

Can’t say enough about the superb service I recently received from Michael at Cars Automotive & Muffler! After seeking help from multiple auto shops, parts stores, and after spending many days searching online, Michael was the only person who was able to find the correct part for my 1991 4 Runner. I was totally blown away that he went above and beyond what was expected and that he was genuine in wanting to help me resolve this challenging issue. I own 4 cars and have been to countless auto shops over the years but hands down this place is the one I trust and will go back to!
