Great place. I wish that there’s better wifi coverage and speed. In my room, I was only getting 2 wifi band and maybe 8mbps download speed. Should have like full with 100mbps download.

Nice rooms, though not special. Great bar/restaurant staff. Front desk staff usually friendly & helpful. Nice pool & gym. Great location.Rooms: Allthe basics with comfortable beds. Nothing more.Nearby activities: Tons of things to do in the waterfront area. Bring walking shoes, though most things are also handicap accessible.Walkability: Lots of walking to be had, though not a "must," as most areas are accessible by car, with wheelchair access.Food & drinks: A decent restaurant, & great bar area with friendly staff to serve a limited menu that's surprisingly very good.

Fantastic location, very close to Redondo Pier, Redondo Beach, restaurants and shops. The whole area is very clean, quiet, and safe, with numerous scenic views of the ocean. People in the area are friendly and polite. It is common to greet many of them in a highly friendly manner while taking a mornig walk. There is a well maintained infrastructure for cyclists (one can rent one even), rollers, and recreational runners.Check-in and check-out are fast and efficient. Rooms may need some modernisation, but are spacious, well-managed and impeccably clean. The opportunity to step out on a balcony is a great added value.Staff are polite, affable, friendly, and very helpful in navigating surroundings, and go well beyond what is a standard in extending their hospitality.Breakfasts are at flat-rate, so a good idea would be to go elsewhere if you do not eat much. The hotel is relatively close to LAX, and Uber service can usually get you to hotel for less than $30, if one is not too demanding. Local public busses stop at stations close to the hotel, and may be used for public transport to Manhattan Beach (you may walk to/from there, as a far better idea!), Torrence, and even to LA Downtown (ask Google Maps for the most convenient trajectory).

Quite, comfortable, big room, great Marina view.No everyday room service. A bathroom is a little bit outdated, a shower curtain needs replacement.

I wouldn't suggest going there for New Year's Eve. It felt like going dancing at a business conference, unfortunately, and they didn't try, whatsoever, to match the music to the crowd even when people were requesting tons of different song options and eras.

Initially, I was hesitant to get a room here. When I called the 800#, I could tell the call was routed to a call center. Mainly because the representatives are not familiar with the location. I was scheduling a visit during the holidays and really needed a view of the ocean. The representative reassured me that the room indeed had a view.I arrived after dark and could not determine if the view was as promised at night. The porter who brought our luggage to the room informed us we would love the view. I still wasn't certain. Until I awoke in the morning. The view was nice. There was a road out front, but surprisingly, traffic noise wasn't that high. The room was clean (I pulled back sheets and inspected the bathroom and floors). I was pleasantly surprised. The balcony was just big enough for 2 people to sit.We brought our small pooch along, and the hotel had designated places for them to go poo. That area was also clean.I will definitely be going back. I provided a 4 rating for service. That is only because the bar area serving the food always seems to only have one person who served as bartender and food server, but if you wanted room service they tacked on multiple fees that to me, seemed unreasonable. Automatically adding a 17% gratuity and room service fee. The other outrageous fee was for self-parking. It's almost the same as valet, which was $36 per day. We chose valet, but had a friend park and anything over an hour, I believe, was $33. Our check-in experience at the front desk was just ok.There are so many things in walking distance of the Redondo Beach Pier!Overall, we had a nice time and enjoyed the amenities. The staff was friendly and the patrons of the hotel were also friendly. In today's society, that is also important!

We were treated well, friendly staff, great location, wonderfull view. Nice room but I felt like it, the air,, dried me out. The pool was nice but dry towels were short.Happy Hour at the bar was friendly but really pricey! A great experience overall. We were there with a tour group but would normally stay at a less expensive place.Rooms: nice, clean typical room but no microwaveNearby activities: Walkably near Redondo Pier with lots to see and do there, plenty of dining optionsSafety: always felt safe

Located close to the marina. Quick and easy check-in service. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Very well sound proofed. Bar service and food available, food seemed pricey but the portions were generous with a nice atmosphere.
