I waited all week for my meds. They were supposed to be ready tonite by 6pm. No one called me all week to tell me they didnt have them. Nor did they tell me they called my dr for a new prescription to another place at 1pm on a Fri. I'm about to have surgery and need my meds. Too late for the weekend. This is not the first time after 20 years here. I'm done. Have a better system in place. This is BS.

This pharmacy is a DISASTER. They don't answer their phones so you have to drive there just to ask a question. Also, this pharmacy posts that it opens at 8:00 am but they don't open until 10:00. Their hours also don't mention anything about being closed for lunch but they are closed for lunch. I also got a voicemail message telling me that if I didn't come pick up my prescription they would put it back on the shelf. This was the FIRST notification that my prescription was ready.

Terrible service. Avoid this location at all costs for pharmaceutical needs. No one is at the counter even helping anyone, the lady (Latin or m.eastern looking one) pretends she's on the phone and is looking at the computer but having a full on blown conversation with her staff members. Not sure if she realizes there's people actually waiting in line, but I'll go else where. The other members (non pharmacists) just shouted out pharmacy when someone asks a questions. I hope cvs corporate sees this review and dives into the staff members here. Please check the cameras and see that people actually need help.

Do not use this pharmacy! They've cut their hours, and 8 times out of 10, they will not have the medication you need. The staff doesn't care one bit how inconvenient this is, and have never once apologized for the poor service. I have a prescription on auto-refill (monthly) and at least every other month, they can't refill because they don't have it! If a medication is needed once a month, why isn't it in stock?!?!? The WORST customer service.

Pharm tech, Hispanic girl with hair like she just woke up, did not check my prescription from the previous month and had me call my Dr. to write a new prescription, and then pharmacy was closed for lunch. Cost me a few hours from work just to pick up a simple prescription. Then found out from the pharmacist that my original prescription was there all along, the pharm tech did not look retrospectively. No apology from her she just smirked and shrugged her shoulders.

I am al ata happy with the pharmacy at CVS. My questions are always answered and I never have to wait very long. The associates are friendly.

This CVS Pharmacy needs so much in the way of improvement, I don't even know where to begin. How about answering the phones in a timely manner, instead of leaving customers in the limbo of a never-ending queue? How about having an automated phone system that's not one of the most boring and convoluted in America, and without the unpleasant, looping Muzak melody that makes those on hold want to gag? How about hiring staff that sound alive, demonstrate a degree of courtesy, friendliness and professionalism, and understand English? How about having consistency in competence and service, instead of it always being hit and miss?Long ago, every pharmacist at this location was competent, able to answer questions and provide outstanding service. It was a pleasure to phone and/or drop in. Now, CVS is leading me to believe that zombies truly do exist.After the inconsistencies, inconvenience and problems in communication I've experienced recently with this CVS Pharmacy, I've decided to explore other, hopefully better options/solutions for filling my prescriptions. No one should have to waste hours and days trying to accomplish something that should be doable in 5 to 15 minutes.

The most filthy CVS I've ever been in! I don't think they have had the carpets vacuumed in a long time. There were injection needles and other stuff sitting unattended and out of view of any staff. The whole photo center is down. There wasn't even a cashier when I left only self checkout. Oh and the pharmacy staff didn't seem to enjoy being there on the verge of rude. And when I called in a few days before it took at least 20-30 minutes to get someone to answer. Sucks because this is now the nearest CVS and coming from rolling hills it's a huge disappointment

Keep getting my prescriptions sent here since this is the closest pharmacy to me. Three different doctors and three different prescriptions, and NONE of them have been filled and there is “no record”. I highly doubt three different doctors dropped the ball all at once.

One person staffing this entire store? Really CVS? What a shameful way to treat your customers and employee.I will say that the sales rep who rung me up was friendly and helpful, but she needs more suppprt.

DO NOT GET COVID TESTS HERE! Waited for over 7 days for results. Took forever and had to quarantine while waiting. If you need faster test results GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!
