This is one of the worst cvs stores. I don't come here often, except after I visit the Grocery Outlet next to it. And the last 5-6 times over the course of 2 years, their restrooms have been "out of order". Yeah right! What a coincidence. They just don't want their customers to use it, since the Covid pandemic. This is not good from a customer service point of view. I have yet to be able to shop here because I have to leave & find an open restroom nearby. This is partly Grocery Outlets fault, because they claim they don't have one for customers, so after shopping their for an hour, you are stuck having to run to Taco Bell across the street to use a restroom, by then I remember why I can't seem to ever shop at this cvs, a medical pharmacy no less, that refuses to open their restrooms, that shows they don't care about their customers. I usually shop at the cvs in Torrance, at 190th, their restrooms are open for public use, which makes browsing for gifts much more relaxing, you don't need to rush, and guess what, you buy more!

CVS is a fraudulent business. Ordered on line vitamins to be picked up in store. They don't have the merchandise and refuse to refund the money. Call CVS (800) 746-7287 on line over 2 dozen times and was rerouting nonstop and then phone hang up every time. Disputing with my credit card company now. Save yourself the nightmare and run away from CVS as fast as possible

Very helpful people in the pharmacy. They always have my prescription ready to go, and they've helped me deal with insurance issues. Everyone in the store is super nice.

Absolutely the worst customer service from the pharmacist -a young guy with a big attitude. I will avoid this CVS in the future.

This is without a doubt the worst CVS in the country. Bold statement but I stand by it. Getting a hold of anyone in general is impossible, the pharmacy forget it. If you can navigate this god awful labyrinth and somehow manage to get someone on the phone one of two things will happen: 1) it will immediately disconnect after about 15-30 seconds or 2) you will be met with the attitude and help of a 13 yr old on their first day. My OB was trying to work with this "team" to simply have birth control transferred. It took 3 weeks and the A team attempting to charge me over $200 for said birth control which is free. I am currently attempting this again and when the phone rings it hangs up after two rings. I would order through the app however it then shows it's been filled so when the team here in fact can't or doesn't, I will be unable to transfer elsewhere without truly over and hour of my time being wasted again. They don't care either. They get feedback all day every day and nothing changes. The rest of the reviews and the 2 rating aren't wrong. Well, I guess wrong in it should be a 1.

Got both covid shots here by appointment. Quick and easy. The gentleman (younger Asian guy) at the pharmacy was extremely busy both times. Despite that he was friendly, informative, professional, and hustling his butt off to help anyone. He deserves recognition for all his hard work.

Are usually come to CVS but I'm not sure if I'm gonna be coming back to the CVS because the girl working there just now was very rude and unfriendly and customer service is everything in a job so I'm very disappointed

The Pharmacy worries me! They gave us the wrong dose on the prescription!! I am SO glad I caught it! Obviously the pharmacy was incompetent. Mistakes are NOT okay when it comes to prescriptions. Bummed, because they are so conveniently located for me, but I HAVE to go elsewhere. You can't mess around with peoples lives and not do your job correctly! The wrong dose can REALLY do HUGE harm. Need a prescription? Do yourself a favor if you want it filled correctly and go somewhere else!

Brought a friend to get a COVID shot. Website says walk-ins accepted. One employee kindly explained that it would be a 45 min wait. We were fine with that. But then a male pharmacist in the back yells "It takes time to prepare! We don't have time for that!" No time for a vaccination, when millions have died from COVID? We walked into a Walgreens and got a shot. No wait. We were done in 20 minutes.

Like to WAIT? 20 minutes at least either in line because the auto check out never works, as they have ONE employee at any given moment. Pain relievers all locked so you wait until the one employee can open them. The worst run CVS in California. Just horrendously managed.

Located off Artesia Bl in Redondo Beach. This was formally Lucky's , Albertsons and a couple of others grocery stores before coming a CVS. This location shares the lot with a grocery store next door. Getting in and out is tough as you can only enter and exit going westbound on Artesia Bl or turn on the side street right before coming westbound. If coming eastbound on Artesia you have no choice but to turn left on the side street after you pass the lot. Other than that situation like other CVS's the set up is similar with signs above the rows of products. Overall a nice store and clean.

George Z. RoCkS!!! Wanted to give a shout out for his exceptional customer service tonight! He was soooo very calm & patient trying to work through my coupon trauma drama. He never once got frustrated, irritated or annoyed; just kept trying all my different phone nos. to get the dang things to work. Finally figured it out so I could save some money on the bath safety items needed for my elderly parent.Speaking of "CVS Coupon Culture": WHY such complicated formulas for buying certain items for certain dollar amounts for a limited amount of time? UGH! And can you say WASTE OF PAPER? Literally 6 feet (measured it), of paper printed out 13 useless coupons that went straight into the trash. In general, this store is OK for my neighborhood "go-to" and Rx filling. But the product selection is very slim for attempting to make use of said coupons.

These guys are clueless. Spoke to "John" and he had very little information to offer on the VHS conversion to DVD that is advertised on the CVS website. Said to call another store and that he didn't even have any slips to put the package in....nothing on order and was less than interested in helping with this.
