I came to pick up medications at the pharmacy and some black girl in scrubs was really rude and lazy. I was already next in line and she says they're closed when I was about to pay. She could've easily rang it up for me but of course her lazy hungry oompa loompa looking self says to come back in 30 min after her lunch break. She was that hungry? She couldn't ring me up when I was there already. Very inconvenient and rude. Bad attitude. Bad customer service. So I had to wait outside and came back when they re-opened and it was her again, in the register, I said well you made me wait 30 mins instead of just ringing me up. and she LAUGHS rudely like it's something funny. Blames the pharmacy. Zero empathy, zero customer service. Why do they hire such trash? The bitch obv hates her life and her job. I don't get it. CVS you need to do better.

The sweet younger man with the glasses is so kind and caring. He was helping an elderly Lady ahead of me. Working 1/31/24 at 4PM She was going on about how "lovely & nice it is to have good customer service"

My favorite local pharmacy and drugstore. Friendly, helpful staff, well laid out store, easy parking and great prices thanks to the CVS member/discounts program.

I have an account on CVS' website, from which I can manage my three perpetually-in-need-of-refills medications. Over a year ago, I turned the auto-refill option OFF* for all of my meds. On 5/26/2023 I logged-in and noticed that one (of my three) medications had already been refilled four days earlier (5/22) without me having initiated anything. I contacted my doctor, and she had not authorized any refilling for any of my meds. I visited this CVS pharmacy in person and spoke with a pharmacist.... Me: "Who authorized this 5/22/2023 refill of my Losartan Potassium?" Pharmacist: "Well, it wasn't your doctor.... it wasn't you.... and it wasn't us (CVS)." Me: "So who authorized the refill?" Pharmacist: "I don't know." Me: "So, you have a gremlin wandering around inside CVS software initiating and approving prescription refills (without a doctors' consent)?" Pharmacist: "I guess." Me: "What are you going to do to help CVS find and eliminate that gremlin wandering around inside their software?" The pharmacist just hemmed and hawed while staring at his computer screen (presumably hoping I'd wander away). I was expecting at least an "I'll elevate this issue to our store manager." But, no, not even that. What does this mean? __ Pharmacy schools (3 years after bachelor's degree) produce dunces __ No 'customer service' training for CVS Pharmacists __ The world is just becoming more incompetent** __ Other ____________________________________ * I prefer to manually flip switches to initiate refill requests, because it's hard enough to get two humans (HMO doctor & drug store Pharmacist) on the same page, and I don't want software to be a third variable that's not in my control. ** Atlas Shrugged foretold the future.

I was overcharged for bottled water that was supposed to be 50% off on the second bottle. The tab said "buy one, get 50 off". Instead, I pay the same price for both bottles. Ripoff artists.

The whole store is wonderful. The pharmacy is just the best. I've been going there for years and people come and go but the service never disappoints. I just love everyone that works there. And they are beyond helpful. I'm a high strung person and they are always so calm and go beyond to get what I need.

Hi, it's absolutely necessary to call the pharmacy ahead of time to make sure your prescription is ready because three times I've came here and I've had to come back because they "never received" the Rx from my doctors office, even though my doctors office confirmed they sent it.

Tried calling for past hour and after eventually getting connected, the pharmacist hung up. I won’t be taking my pharmacy needs there anymore.

I was told the issue was resolved. Sure enough at the start of December they were magically refilled and once again they had "no idea" why they were refilled.High prescription costs = CVS

Ok, who reviews CVS Pharmacies? This is the situation - it's September and the new flu shots are out and there's a new Covid booster. Friends made an appointment a week out for their booster so I thought there would be crazy lines so I went to the CVS App. Not only did they have a choice of times when I could get my flu shot but also get boosted at the same time. To set the stage I don't like getting shots anymore than anyone else but years ago I made a promise to Mom, rest her soul, I would always get my flu shot. Ok, super easy to schedule times and when I get there I hit one answer on a text and I'm checked in. The fun was just beginning. Nancy, the shot administrator, greets me by name and lets me know she is good at giving shots so "don't be scared." As she loading up the flu shot she proceeds to let me know giving shots is a passion of hers and in fact dreams about giving people shots. Nancy to save the planet! First shot in and out of my arm before I knew it and the second needle goes is while asking me if "that hurt my big strong arm?" I started laughing and the second shot was injected. She thanked me for allowing her to get a two for one on giving shots. Nancy do a great job, doing her job professionally (painlessly) and helping me feel good about my shots. Topping it off she handed me a CVS coupon thanking me for getting vaccinated and boosted. Go see Nancy at CVS when you need your flu shot and Covid vaccine, she'll administer your shot professionally and with a sense of humor. Good luck!
