This star is only regarding their phone line, not the in store quality or services.
You really need to be able to speak with a human on your phone system. I tried and the automated response kept hanging up; this is not good when trying to speak to a person in the pharmacy for medical services; we need more than an automated bot with specific response options, and none that lead to a human being.

Sometimes while shopping, I am made to feel like a criminal. Many items are behind clear plastic windows which are locked. Then, you have to find someone to open it. Even some of the shampoos! I would understand maybe some high end liquor, or perhaps even something containing epinephrine or another drug you wouldn't want your kid getting their hands on.
Also, they are rather pricey in my opinion. Unfortunately it is the closest store of its type in the neighborhood now.

CVS seems to be going out of business as far as being helpful to its customers I am specifically talking about the way items are on the shelf their sale tickets take up the bottom shelves underneath them and you cannot read anything specifically vitamins and minerals are hard to find you practically have to get on your hands and knees too. Find what you’re looking for. The people that are working there are very kind, but also have trouble the way. The store is laid out. Honestly, that made me feel a little But I think they could arrange the shelves so that things would be easier to find, especially in vitamins section.

Just got out the er. It was 9:57 pm the door was slightly open but apparently they’re closed. Not the end of the world but not being open during clear as day business hours is illegal.

Middle eastern female pharmacist with dark hair pulled back was hella rude. I needed a syringe for my injections and was rudely denied and told I needed a prescription (understandable.) So when I asked if she knew a local urgent care or somewhere to get one, as I was not from the area. She replied: “well you have a phone right? You can look it up and I can’t help you.” Like you didn’t have to do all that, very unhelpful/rude/dismissive/unprofessional, do better. Using my phone as she suggested, I found a pharmacy down the street that was very accommodating and willing to help with my predicament with professionalism & beyond welcoming.

I like how close and convenient for me this CVS is, I have overall very good experiences when using the pharmacy, I will come back with more updates as I go there very often unfortunately for now. The only down side is that they did not have one of my prescribed medications only.

It's nine fifty-four in the evening. 9:54pm. The store's scheduled to close at ten, and the manager decided to close early. Why have hours that you're open and available? If you're gonna just close early and then just push your customers off. She spoke with me, and she confirmed they closed early. What a waste of time, Their hours are clearly being manipulated by this female employee. Brian Russel, please reach out to me. I feel like I'm gonna bring my prescriptions and my business elsewhere. Until the manager brian russell gets a hold of me.
