I have my business banking at this branch. Faisal has been a great help. It has been a decade since I did banking in person. I forgot how convenient it was, and how much a dedicated banker can help me with my business. I'm staying there for the long, long term.

I thought I lost my card one day before the 3 day holiday weekend. Panic set in. The new card making system had failed. After being sent from Torrance to Redondo Beach, the situation seemed grim as the failure was system wide. In steps Mr. Jose Rodriguez, Banker Extraordinaire! He confirmed that it was a system wide failure, saving me a trip to another branch, he used his skill as a fantastic banker to reactivate my card that I found 15 minutes before arrival (a feat deemed to be impossible) and reaffirmed my confidence in F&M bank. Between Jose and Ibn it's possible that I may never close this account. It's a wonderful feeling to receive personal service in this impersonal world. Thank you Jose!

I appreciate that Faisal, Anya and Vivian have all been very helpful to me since I opened my accounts 3 years ago. They call if a transaction is questionable (outside of my usual routine), when I have a need, they are responsive. I have recommended them to business clients and other professionals. As a bookkeeper for many, I can say that the bank also makes it easy to get the information we need to do work for others compared to some other institutions.

My absolute favorite bank ever. Previously had many accounts at another bank, won't mention names but it rhymes with Hells Cargo (and that's what they are over there). This bank makes you feel like a human being. I have been banking here for a year now and I haven't walked in once without someone saying hello to me by name. If you don't want to feel like part of a herd (moooo), visit Faisal, Vivian and Jose over at Farmers Merchant's Bank. They are AWESOME!

We are always greeted by name and with a smile by everyone in the branch!It never feels like a generic bank experience in the branch.We asked for a commercial loan and it was the fastest loan processing we have ever had!They are also one of the only banks who DO NOT HAVE A prepay penalty!We said goodbye to 40 years of Wells Fargo after they had the gall to deny a 40%LTV loan on our house that has been free and clear since we bought it. By the way, we didn't get a penny out, we paid off a loan on our other property!So glad we are with Farmer's and Merchants Bank!!!

I opened an account here with less than $2500 for my small business. I have always been treated extremely well with every person in the branch anxious to help even though I am a small fry. I have even been visited at my business location by the manager Fessel (hope I am spelling his name correctly). This is a warm and friendly bank.

Not very welcoming. When i inquired about opening an account i recieved an immediate call back. When I told them i only had 30k to initially deposit i was treated poorly and he couldnt wait to get off the call. Not friendly. Apperently This bank only for extremely large deposits. Keep Ng my money on matress until a bank that has heart opens.
