Went there to drop off a package and the woman at the FedEx counter was unfriendly, and did not offer to help me at all. I ended up taking my package back and driving it to the FedEx store on Hawthorne Boulevard in Torrance, that was almost 2 miles away. They were, and always are, more than friendly there.
DON’T GO TO THIS FED-EX.
The customer service is unfriendly, and they are not helpful at all.

I’m in North Redondo on Spreckels lane and I have the best driver anyone could have She is Hispanic and a petite lady very helpful I’m old and she has delivered at least 60 bags of rocks and they are heavy If I’m not home she places them at my back gate for my convenience She is very fast and an excellent employee I wish I knew her name I see her driving through the neighborhood and she is very efficient and we are blessed she is our streets deliverer Thank you,Betty Kubat

Lily helped me on Saturday The weekend of Xmas And she provided the best service ever. I needed to print customized plane tickets that I gifted to my two mess makers for Xmas and she did not disappoint me I called prior to stoping by and she answered and even over the phone she provided great customer service.Please give this girl a raise!

I'm very happy with how team member lily and her other teammates did in helping me get my package delivered they helped me choose the best option for me, they went out of there way to help and were very cheerful it was contagious I left in a better mood than I arrived in more businesses should follow their model, I would totally return and recommend to everyone

[Review #779]2023-066This is one of 2 FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers in Torrance. Ironically. I came to the north location because it was en route to picking up our staff lunch (same purpose as the south location visit; refer to Review #778). This location is smaller (maybe 1/2 the size) than the one about 1-mi. south of here: 23325 Hawthorne Blvd.Again, I shipped with FedEx because their shipping estimate was less expensive for this package; typically, they have higher rates. The north side has shorter weekday hours, closing earlier at 7:00 PM & only open on Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM with slightly longer hours & closed on Sundays.The packing & shipping supplies here are limited in quantity, but should have everything you need. There's also 2 semi-private workstations on the right to handle your workload/presentation(s).Just like the south visit. I wasn't able to utilize the FedEx drop box in our building because my package didn't fit & wasn't going to be in the office to time their arrival for pick-up to hand deliver to the FedEx driver. The female cashier greeted me with a smile, gave me a receipt & I was on my way. I was barely here for a minute. Fast, friendly, efficient... done. Ditto to the service like the south shop.This FedEx is in a plaza with tons of free parking & houses many eateries so you can grab a bite, or cool off with some ice cream or froyo... a 1-stop to get your business & personal needs taken care of.

Good place to get things sent via FedEx and they do ship internationally as well. Staff are nice and helpful. They have some copy machines as well and I just saw one computer available for internet browsing or computer use.It's definitely smaller than the other place on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance (near the El Torito and Ferrari dealership), but good if you need to just make a couple copies or need to ship something out through FedEx.

Convenient and consistent good service.Service has always been smooth and good when I need to ship packages via Fedex. This location is one of my go to ones as it's conveniently located and has most of the services I need. The staff is always nice, considerate, and helpful.

The good:I came here to ship an Amazon return. It's not my go-to choice for Amazon returns but sometimes Amazon doesn't give you many options. This store had plenty of parking and was easy to access. I didn't have to wait long for service. The worker was efficient. I remember when it was a thing to point out the white arrow in the FedEx logo between the e and x as if it was a secret Illuminati message. The bad:I find their prices for shipping to be more expensive that USPS and UPS so I tend to not go with them. They sell packaging materials inside but I find these to be expensive too. The interesting:They're most known for their air delivery (not ground).
