Andi Rosario was amazing and a God-send. I was rushing to find last-minute Christmas gifts for 15 of my employees and wasn't sure what to get while being cost conscious. Andi not only gave recommendations, but also checked the stock in back to find additional items, and told me about "Backstage." I had no idea it was there; and I was able to find additional gifts that were more personal. He went as far as helping me sort everything out to ensure I had all the items needed and everyone was accounted for. I honestly wish I could have given him a tip. I appreciate great customer service, an excellent customer experience, and feeling valued as a customer. Andi definitely went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him for that. You have a gem in him as an employee.

This is a review specifically for the Men's cologne section.the customer service is APPALLING. I asked 2 staffs for the price difference of the cologne,and the First Lady replied to me dead in the eyes "I don't know..." like WTF???they couldn't even form a proper sentence to say "let me have somebody else assist you or check that for you."the second person also having an attitude already.No enthusiasm what so ever and when I asked the same thing no response...then she goes, "I don't work here." I'm like what?but your standing in front of me!!!!this whole debacle threw me off big time!!!!!the whole shopping experience made me annoyed and killed the holiday spirit. In one word UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! stay away and go to a different macys!!!!

i have enjoyed shopping at macys, but some years ago I opened a small charge account with one purchase, then someone in store stole it and ran it to the limit. I filed a police report when the bill came but Macy's sent it to collections and they called me at work multiple times. Just FYI my credit rating is 850.

I love Macys..i find good priced merchandise but the customer service is not up to par...the Del Amo Mall and Culver City Westfield never have enough cashiers to help check out..the Southbay Galleria welll...lets just say not a big selection of anything...i never see a floor presence...the selection for plus size is not that great.

I always shop here and pick up my orders from here but beware if your order is incorrect they wont take it back. I received a completely wrong order shoe brand, style and size. i opened it when i got home so i went that week, I explained the situation and the lady said i cant take it back or refund you i asked why if i received it from here she said it has to go back to them "shipping warehouse ". I told her that doesnt make sense they mest up order and its received here and you guys didn't check so both parties mest up my order and it should be fixed here. She said i have to contact customer service and ship it i told her i was and im not paying for the shipping so i practically did their job for them and the lady at customer service didn't understand why they didnt just do it there at the store. Plus the sandals i originally ordered are sold out so thanks alot.

Came here on a Friday night for the mac 40% lipsticks and the lady Anitza was very rude and made my shopping experience very uncomfortable!! The gentleman and other lady were extremely helpful but her attitude sucked! Like she hates her job or something but I will be calling to complain on her!!!

Customer service has gone downhill. Not a good time for customer service to be so bad as the economy is not doing well and I would rather shop in a store that will value me as a person who choses to do business with them. Hope they get their act together as so many stores are closing and we know why stores close.

Absolutely ridiculous long lines. More workers on the floor just wandering around. Each register has one person and they are absolutely slow. I completely understand give everyone a chance but during the holidays? Really.

My only complaint with Macy's is that the men's perfume section should have displays so customers can sample the perfumes. It's a waste of time having to ask the employee to smell all the fragrances that you might be interested in, plus not to mention the attitude they get if you don't buy right away or not at all. Macy's just needs to figure out a better way for customers to sample their perfumes without feeling pressured into buying right away.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried to order furniture. It was never delivered. Customer service doesn't help you. When I tried to cancel, they told me it would take weeks before they would even process the cancellation and several more weeks to get my money back. I will never, ever buy from Macy's again.

Went into Macys last minute to look for a dress shirt. Ninnette from the mens department did an awesome job and helped me out. Luckily i was able to find a shirt. Thank you Ninnette!!

I came in to find a dress for my cousins wedding and it took me way too long to find an associate to help me find the size I needed and even longer for her to come back from looking in the back room. Do these employees not care about their customers?

I was looking for a shoe/sandal to wear to a beach wedding coming up soon and saw that Macy's had a sale. I didn't have high expectations for this location, but figured I'd give them a try since I had about an hour to kill and this store was closest to my next appointment. When I walked into the Women's shoe department, I saw a few items which could work and asked for help finding the mate to a cute Badgley Mischka jeweled sandal that was in their Last Act sale section at 50% off. I showed Selma and another associate a picture of my dress that I'm planning to wear and they made great suggestions. I ended up purchasing the sandal on sale and received a printout of another sandal with locations that had my size. Thanks to both associates for their friendly helpful service!
