Avoid this place!!! I first purchased my lifetime wheel alignment at the carson location, but unfortunately that location has closed permanently. I made an appointment for a wheel alignment at this location. when i checked in for my appointment i told the guy that i have a lifetime wheel alignment, he said he couldn't find my account at first, but he eventually found it, while i was waiting i was approached by another associate and told that they can't honor my lifetime alignment because my truck was modified (2 inch lift) and i have to pay the full amount for a regular alignment or buy another lifetime alignment. I told him that i never had a problem with the carson location and they were able to do an alignment. The same associate then told me to call the main office to ask what's going to happen to my lifetime alignment, which i did so im currently waiting for a response if they will void my lifetime alignment. (btw my truck has had that 2 inch lift when i first paid for the lifetime alignment and they didn't say anything about my truck being lifted when i first paid. had a total of 2 wheel alignments since i first paid for the alignment.) The associate then added that I've had 2 alignments so far and that it already paid for itself. I mean...I didn't pay for 2 alignments, i paid for the supposedly "lifetime"!!

Repairs were done right. Customer service was great, but I was turned down for the Firestone credit card even though I have excellent credit, high income and own my own home, very disappointing. I don't think my credit has ever been turned down in my entire life.

Had to get a tire patched, Jason was super helpful in making it happen ASAP. We weren't sure if it needed to be replaced, nail was near the shoulder, but Jason said we'd give it a shot. Worked out great and saved the cost of a run flat.

I was very impressed by the service at Firestone yesterday. I was greeted when I entered the office. I was given a choice between a higher priced product that was recommended and a cheaper option. (I went for the more expensive one.) The quote came through to my email and I was able to get my car in a timely fashion. Overall, I was delighted and I thank Jason for his extremely professional experience.
