I will warn that the mellow yellow is potent. The turmeric is good for inflammation, but I couldn't handle the taste. The grateful gut is something I have made a part of my daily routine, it has worked so well to stop the digestive issues I've had all my life. It looks green and gross but it taste like a citrus celery juice. I ordered the collagen for the first time and look forward to trying it. I use the Skinny Protein and Super Greens in my smoothies. I love the smoothie recipes included in the guide. The Forever beautiful is also delicious in smoothies or mixed in to water or tea. You can also sprinkle these right in or on to food as well. They are worth the cost and I highly recommend!”
