“I made a mistake trying to order the bagel and lox dish for a family Christmas party. The day of the event I went to look for a non-existent confirmation in my email. I guess I missed the final step in the process.I called frantically to the Redondo Beach Whole Foods. They were very busy on a Sunday pre-Xmas morning but eventually I got in touch with Elizabeth whom I think works in the prepared foods department. She was extremely accommodating and pleasant. She told that she could pull it off. That was an hour and a half before the party. Normally they require 48 hours. I couldn't believe she did it and it was beautiful. A major hit at the party and I would definitely order it again. I still can't believe Elizabeth went the extra mile. Very impressive. Thank you!”

“This store is Great. The staff is AMAZING. Went in yesterday and they were so helpful and patient with me. The store has plenty of varieties to pick from I felt a bit better than going to the market. Usually always get my WIC at the market especially the veggies because it's diff you don't have to get a whole bunch u can get single (like banana, avocado, apples etc...) But I found you can do this here too on some items. The veggie selection is ??. Plus you get a gift with a certain amt purchased. (At least when using your WIC)The only downfall is they don't carry gallons of milk only half gallons. But they have Milk so ?? yay.I definitely loved the staff the girl that helped me was so nice and the manager was cool too.”

Also the non-dairy Freeze ice Cream or fruit ice whatever term should be used. Its cold and yummy. Smoothie bowls are so good also. Staff has always been cool and offer suggestions. Even for us Big Bonned'ed folk, never get any judge-y stares. Place is always clean, with light positive vibes and iam all for it.”

“I tend to shy away from frozen foods due to the amount of sodium & the lack of taste. I tried Cedarlane’s Adobo Chicken Power Bowl, though, & am somewhat impressed! The sodium level is 100-300 mg lower than a typical frozen meal & the bowl was delicious! One serving has 20g of protein, only 13g carbs, 8g of fat. It is filled with spinach, kale, & chicken breast. It’s a great quick healthier lunch for the office than eating out!”

“I love Lazy Acres. I have lived in Manhattan Beach for over 23 years. I actually live walking distance from Lazy Acres on Artesia just a few homes down from Miracosta high school. The property Lazy Acres is on used to be the auditorium and indoor skate park where my sons attended because they are members of the church, Hope Chapel. The staff at Lazy Acres are wonderful. Robert, Danny and Pedro, along with the store associates are all really nice except for this one person named Tiffany! I went into Shop one day, and as I am bagging my own groceries, my choice, because I feel it's best to help out when you have some groceries and I did have a lot, she gets upset because I used two of the premade double bags she had prepared and put in with the other bags. She had the nerve to say to me, "You keep taking my bags!". I tried to ignore her, but she said it again And the fact that I'm bagging my own groceries...It doesn't matter if I'm doubling the bags myself or if she's bagging the groceries. I'm sure she would use the double bags or if there was a bagger available they would use the double bags. She went on and continued to argue with me how she didn't want anyone using the bags that she took the time to double. First of all, she's on the clock and the time she spends checking, doubling a bag, bagging the groceries or not, it's going to be the same for her, and I found it very rude for her to talk to me the way she did . I did contact the manager and I hope that she was spoken to about this situation. If that had been my first time in that store, and that happened to me, I would never return, because I can't believe someone could be so rude to a customer who is bagging their own groceries. I know you all are wondering why I would give the store a five star review. I did so because the store is wonderful and the staff is wonderful but it's just that one bad Apple that stood out and I wanted to bring the situation to the table and let others know.”

“I went for a walk and happened upon Munchies Snack shop. Young Stephen the co-owner was getting some Sun outside. He was super friendly. He smiled at me and invited me to come inside, all the while reciting their menu for the day.. I couldn’t at the time though I said I’d return. My Neice Rylie and I came back that afternoon, parked in front, went in and ordered take out - three Po-boy sandwiches. They were simply delicious two with jumbo shrimp with marmalade sauce, one was chicken. All were accompanied by well seasoned French fries! All were lip-smacking good and filling. The Father and Son duo were friendly, Good Vibes Only and cooked their meals with love. — passed down from their Matriarch. The shop location also affords the option to walk the blocks of small- owner shops along Market. We should give small shop owners our dollars as well. I appreciated her very much, so due to her patience or informative information on supplements and her sense of humor. She made my experience a delighted one. The cashier was another great individual. If I can recall his name is Christopher very funny guy. Overall, my experience at Sprouts was amazing, I came there for a variety of supplements and I also purchased some delicious pumpkin seeds. My mom loves to snack on and I got to say I appreciate people who take pride in all they do because I am the same way.
