The hallways smell like human refuse BAD. If you want a hot shower, you're out of luck. There is no hot water in the rooms. When I called down to get it fixed, the front desk said that they didn't need to actually be in the room. This was at 9pm — yet someone came to my door, woke me up and asked to come in. The couch in the room had nasty stains all over it. There were children hacking all over the breakfast items. Absolutely disgusting. I will never stay here again and do not recommend -10/10.

Wasted 40 minutes waiting for someone at the front desk to check out as the online app wouldn't let me check out. I ended up just leaving and left my key at the desk with the security guard.
The free breakfast is nice and the people running that are very nice too.

Great location, lots of amenities, large rooms, huge breakfast spread, somewhat pricey.
Food and drinks: Huge breakfast spread. Lots of BBQ grills.

The rooms are actually disgusting there are stains on everything, the floor was sticky and the service was horrible, the pull out bed was broken we asked for a new room they stated they were fully booked (they weren’t) then hung up on us, NOT how you run a business, NOT COOL. 2/10 experience. Truly disappointed

Worst Service, Horrible Spoke to 4 People even a manager regarding a barking dog. Brought our family for a vacation spent over a $1000 to listen to a dog barking the entire time. Told by the manager that the people were long time residents. Such disrespect!!!! I'm a dog owner but would never allow an animal of mine to bark continuously and ruin people that spent mo ey to have a relaxing enjoyable time. Told we could move?!?!? Poor Poor Customer service
Rooms: Horrible rooms with barking dogs, don't waste your money there are too many places to spend your hard earned money.

One star is generous. We paid for a two bedroom suite. Upon entering we noticed the room smelled rancid, but we were hoping it was just the cleaner. The fridge isn't cold enough to keep my newborn son's breast milk cold enough. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed (evident by small and large chunks and objects on the floor) and it turned my daughter's socks black. My husband found either toenail or finger nail clippings on the floor of the king bedroom. There is hair all over one of the bathrooms, food splatter on cabinets in the kitchenette, one of the bathroom shower heads barely worked, the couch was stained and uncomfortable. Some of the towels are stained and or still dirty. One shower soap dish had crusted orange/brown soap(?) dried on it. But, I figured I could buy cleaning supplies in the morning and clean the room myself as we need to be in the area. Then I realized the sheets weren't clean. The front desk didn't have king size sheets, but did have clean queen so my daughter can sleep. They offered a one bedroom suite as an alternative, claiming it was the same. It's not. And honestly I assume it would be

Rooms are nicely equipped. There is a wide variety of breakfast food. The manager's reception is awesome. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The parking is a little tight, especially if you arrive at night.

Stayed here for 2 nights and we definitely enjoyed our stayed here. Our 1-bedroom suite had a fridge, microwave, and a small kitchen with everything needed. Breakfast here was amazing with a lot of options and the staff is very helpful. Room does need a bit of work, but no big deal. As far as location goes: it's close to LAX and southern LA, but kinda far from northern LA / Hollywood. Just something to be aware of.

This was not at all what I expected from a Hilton hotel. I got a broken couch, and the positioning of the TV and bed makes no sense. The pictures provided by the hotel are misleading; the room is extremely congested. I am never coming back to this hotel again. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, The check in was slow too. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Hotel is outdated. Sofas are very old and we got itchy after sitting in it. We got some bug bites from the bed too. Food is very basic. We felt it’s too pricey for such a run down hotel. Nothing like Hilton at all.

My family and I stayed here for several nights in May for my brother's funeral and the service and stay was subpar. 2 Days the water heater broke and we were without water for over 10 hours. The repair took longer than quoted so we were without hot water for a day. Two nights in a row we reported random people sleeping in the stairwell overnight. The manager was never present our entire stay and followed up after we left. We reached out to corporate with no resolution but a "free" night. No apologies were given for this experience during our time time of grief as this stay was due to my brother's burial/memorial. If this is a representation of the Hilton brand and it's service; it's sad. Expected way more from this brand.
