The room was nice. I would have liked for the outter blinds to close. So my room could be darker when I slept. When I checked in Daniel was at the front desk. He told me breakfast was 7am-10am. I even asked again in the evening. But when I went down for breakfast the next day the chalkboard said 9am. He also told me I could ask for Late check out Monday. But when I asked the front desk lady, she said we're not offering late check out today. The information given is Very inconsistent an that is Annoying. Plus during check-out, he couldn't print out my receipt. But only could do a print out of me being charged for parking. *Honestly I don't see why we have to Pay to park our cars. We have already Paid for our hotel stay. More variety in Free Breakfast would be nice as well.

I will NOT come back again. I should read other customers’ comment before booking here. The front desk in the morning shift on 2/15/2024 was rude and unprofessional. I felt like going in a one-star hotel. The female staff was always staring at the computer monitor without eye contact with customers, and no greetings and no please/thanks at all. I really wonder if the front desk staff has Hilton’s customer training???About the room:The facility were outdated and old. The desks were torn with scratches and burnt by cigarettes. The room were smelly. I regret to take my family to this hotel.About the Parking:They charged you the Parking fee $20 per day.About the breakfast:Homewood Suites offer free breakfast. The staff running the dining area is good and efficient.Rooms: The facility were outdated and old. The desks were torn with scratches and burnt by cigarettes. The room were smelly. I regret to take my family to this hotel.

So let me just start out by saying I would have given them five stars but I guess I had a miscommunication with the front desk when I told them I don't want any room service unless I asked him for it. The third day I was there housekeeping in my room and I was kind of irritated with that. I don't like people touching my stuff and I felt kind of violated. But other than that my stay was awesome..lol! They had a hot breakfast every morning and it was great! Every time I would ask for something housekeeping would be knocking at my door within 5 minutes. The rooms were great. I didn't hear any noise from any other rooms. The staff was great. Especially the ones and the eating area for breakfast. They also gave us a b'day snack bag!Rooms: Great!

Not so Suite Service from TemaUnacceptable customer service at the front desk to start our first night in Hometown Suites Redondo Beach.I’m starting off with a one star for service based off her and her comments alone. We’ll see how the week goes and maybe adjust the review.Tema at the Front Desk, who was somehow both barely audible and yet simultaneously incredibly rude, forced us to wait an unreasonable 30+ minutes for our room simply because she prioritized doing some paperwork first. She then blatantly refused to add our Hilton Honors to our suite booking to boot. Just overall very bad first experience here. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional in her tone and demeanor. Was supposed to be a suite but the treatment doesn’t feel very suite-ish. Also the hallway smells like industrial roach killer.P.S. This incident caused me to read the other reviews and now I understand the roach killer smell and see I’m not the only one to have issues with stuff. Looks like it’s going to be a fun week.

Its a stay in a average hotel. But what the hell is up with the $20 dollar a night parking fee they sneak on you after you check in. Shouldn't that be rolled up into the cost of the room? No security in the lot. Just taking an extra couple hundo for a 10 day stay.

Came for a small getaway. The hotel does not have a shuttle, but Uber is easy to catch from the airport. Before my stay, I received a text asking if I needed anything before I arrived. Several more messages came to check in to make sure everything was good. I got a suite with a living room and a kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner as well as body wash that smells amazing. The room was nice, but the couch had a few stains, and that is why the sheet is on the couch. Other than that, everything was clean. The hotel serves a good breakfast in the morning and the staff is soooo nice and helpful. If you want food after lunch or dinner, you will have to Uber or walk to the Hilton Garden, which is not far at all. They have a bar and restaurant where you get 10% off food only. Snacks and some wine for sale in the lobby 24/7. Again, either rent a car or be prepared to Uber to get around. I will definitely stay here again.Rooms: Very spaciousNearby activities: NoneFood & drinks: Free breakfast and snacks wine for sale in lobbyNo restaurant or bar in hotel

I grew up in this area, before these 3 hotels buildings were even thought of there was a mini golf on this piece of land. The very first time I stayed here was a disappointment, I'm not quite sure why I left few stars. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and revisited in October 2023 with my husband and 3 children and let me tell you when I say the disappointment. I understand the area can be a little rough and loud, that was never a problem to me. I love my neighborhood but for HILTON brand, you would think HILTON was still caught up as they used to be, definitely not the case. ONE THING TO HIGHLIGHT AT THIS LOCATION IS THEIR BREAKFAST AND THEIR BREAKFAST STAFF, absolutely amazing! The breakfast here is decent to eat and hold you off until lunch. My daughter LOVED their scrambled eggs to where she asked me who made them lolRooms: Let's talk about the rooms. I get a 2 queen size. I walk in the room to check before I let my family in and spot stains all over the couch, the floor is barley vacuumed, and the bathroom is lightly cleaned, some dust in the corners and after seeing the room service team throughout my stay and how they communicate, I can see why this place looks t o r e up. The fridge was clean, the stains on the couch really bothered me so I asked for extra bed sheets so I can put them over the couch throughout my stay. I don't want my 3 babies sitting on someone's left overs kn the couch, the place van at least try to scrub down their couches monthly. I even asked for a baby crib and they did deliver but of course I'm going to ask for extra sheets to place over my baby's area. It was just not sanitary to me at all, I asked to be changed rooms the same night I arrived after informing them of the couch stain, never happened. Los Angeles is so over rated, you're better off paying extra for a hotel on the beach side or in downtown, please read reviews before booking. For one person, yes it's great but I would recommend this place for a family. The showers are sooo strong, you can not showers baby here whatsoever. The water comes out the shower!!!!

Hotel was good but some misses: first room given to me smelled awful of curry and food someone had previously cooked, next room did not have conditioner (and I did not know until I was already in the shower), kitchen table legs were a bit wobbly and out of sync, and tub was very slippery. I checked in late and messaged the front desk around midnight. No one got back to me until I messaged again in the morning. Someone said they would talk to the GM about an adjusted rate. I have not heard anything.Rooms: CleanSafety: Saw a couple of security roaming aboutFood & drinks: Breakfast was very well ran, servers were prompt and friendly

The ladies that work the breakfast area gave the absolute best service I have seen in any hotel. Props to them!

Overall, my stay was good, but fell a bit short of my typical Homewood Suites expectation. When exiting the elevator on our way to the room I was surprised at how dirty the hallway rug was, and I immediately became concerned about the conditions of my room. Fortunately, our room was fantastic, what a relief! The breakfast was better than most hotel chains, but not as good as some of the other Homewoods we have stayed at in the past.

We went to California for Disneyland trip, and our anniversary, stay a week at homewood suite redondo beach. It’s close to airport. They have a great customer service. Daniel, Jamie and Chelsea always texted me to check in on us. Everyday breakfast was good. Our kids like to making waffles. There’s a good breakfast attendant team. Yasmin and Maria are wonderful. They always smile and greet guests as they come. Thanks for the wonderful time there. We’ll be back someday.

The rooms are quiet and clean, but the beds are awful. I was unable to be comfortable and didn’t sleep well. I can’t come back because of this

This hotel is horrible, I stayed there for 2nights, I received an alert on my bank account portal, that the hotel charge me 250 extra, I called the hotel they said it’s a smoking charge. The reception said housekeeping look through the trash and found ashes. So they look for stuff to charge you extra.

Great hotel overall. The breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were spacious as described in pictures. The biggest thing was the evening reception is Only on Wednesday. When selecting this hotel my understanding was the evening reception was M- Thurs. Another downfall is the $100/ night deposit, we stayed 6 nights and I had 3 rooms.Rooms: Spacious roomsNearby activities: The mall and other activities are within 10 min.Noteworthy details: Interstate literally a few blocks away. There is a homeless camp backside of fence area, but we didn't see any homeless people on the property.
