The location is very easy to find, and the coaches are very nice and pro. However the policy is not understandable, the after they had the new owner they still did not change one of the policy which I can not accepted. After 5 minutes late for the scheduled class, they won't let you to sign in. More terrible things is they will still charge you and they won't let you schedule their classes from ClassPass anymore. It takes 1 hour of my time on the road and I did not get the chance to work out, but they charged me! It is not making sense to me. Whoever plans going to this place, you need to concern about this policy.

ILoveKickboxing offers an intense, cardio workout in an enjoyable format. While learning basic defensive tactics, the fabulous instructors provide their knowledge, support, and contagious enthusiasm that encourages all to join in and strive to do their best. ILKB has been the BEST fitness regimen that I have enjoyed over my 58 years. I am hooked for life!!

I've tried a few kickboxing studios in the South Bay Area and this one just felt like home. I love coming here for a good sweat. I've been learning kickboxing for the past few months and definitely see the progress. I've gained strength and muscle and I've also lost 10 lbs. The classes are easy to follow along for beginners. My favorite instructors are David and Brenda.

I really enjoy the Signature 45 kickbox classes. In 45 minutes you get a full body workout and sweat away any stress and tension. My favorite instructor is David, and the new coach Berto!

Ive been a member here for almost 4 months and i love it! The HIT workout at the beginning is great for weight loss and getting a sweat in. The instructors here are amazing! I would recommend for all skill levels. you wont regret it, im honestly surprised at how much I look forward to working out. THANK YOU SOUTH BAY ILKB FAMILY. <3

I have been a member of ilovekickboxing Redondo Beach for three and a half years and I have seen improvements in my body that I have never seen before with other workouts I’ve engaged in. For example, my arms, abs, and legs are the most toned I’ve ever seen! I’ve trained for running events, taken dance classes, and done videos after videos after videos at home. But the workouts at ilovekickboxing are at a whole 'nother level. The way the hour long class is set up - a kick-butt 15 minute warmup, five minute stretching, six-eight rounds of bag work that increase in intensity, conditioning, and a yoga cool-down - guarantees that you will not only leave greatly sweating, but feeling like you’ve accomplished something amazing. All of the instructors are top-notch and bring their own individual strengths to the class. It helps motivate when they encourage you and cheer you on. They will also give you guidance if they see improper form. The music and sense of community also keeps you encouraged to do your best and challenge yourself. If you’re looking to lose weight and/or get into better shape, kickboxing is the way to go. Even when you’re tired from a long week of work, you feel energized after an hour workout at ilovekickboxing!

I had a really great time here. The coaches were amazing, really helpful with learning new moves and they felt like friends. You could tell they really cared about all of us, they host super helpful health workshops too! The other members were very nice as well. I left because I moved, and the commute was too far, but if you’re in the area I definitely recommend coming here. So much fun!
