The staff is amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, kind, honest, and very friendly. They provide great customer service, making sure customers are immediately greeted and feel comfortable. Staff members explain the process and help with choosing frames, trying on an arrange of different types and colors to fit a customer's face and prescription, showing great patience. They give different solutions to problems and can fix glasses quickly. They are also able to handle issues with insurance companies, providing an amazing experience. Customers report it is the best experience they've ever had and that they will definitely be coming back.

I've been to this location a couple of times and they have a fantastic staff. One of their managers, or assistant managers, whose name is Jason was really helpful in getting my prescription filled and making sure my new glasses fit my face. Went to Lenscrafter at the Southbay Galleria this week. The customer service is outstanding and a special thank you to Jason for his patience and expertise. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and I never felt rushed.
