A beautiful gallery shop for wonderfully unique gifts. I gave a couple hand painted from Oaxaca wooden animals as gifts and the recipients absolutely adored them. Stunning art. I cannot wait to go back and buy something for myself :) Wonderful and helpful staff as well....a real pleasure. So happy this is in my town of Redondo Beach!

Moon Dancer is one of my favorite shops in the area because of their wide range of unique and high quality products. I've been in twice over the last few weeks and each time I have left with rugs that I absolutely adore. The shop is beautifully decorated, and the staff have been nothing but warm, friendly, and helpful to me. I highly recommend!

Been buying for years RB and Santa Fe. Nothing like their stuff around. Bought my 4th feathered mask. I don't want to lose this store!

LOVE the Moon Dancer Gallery and store. Whenever we visit Redondo Beach, we make it a point to also visit Moon Dancer and have purchased beautiful jewelry, gifts, and other items. Definitely recommend!

I just had the strangest experience. Two weeks ago I visited Moon Dancer Gallery and had the most wonderful interaction with sales lady Dee. She was delightful, friendly and very, very helpful. I felt we established a relationship that in time would get my home decorated - a large, new home I want to fill with the Oaxaca wool rugs Moon Dance carries in abundance, and I have a few thousand in my pocket to do so. I went back in today as Dee said a new supply of rugs would come in last week. From the moment I entered the store, the same lady, Dee, was stratospherically rude. I danced around her nastiness for ten minutes, trying to overcompensate whatever was eating at her but the more I smiled the nastier she became. I finally said "We had a nice rapport last time I was here, I sense a problem between us" and with a sneer, eye roll and utter contempt she replied "I'm trying to help people who want to buy something" (a very elderly couple who came in ten minutes after me had made no sign of purchasing anything). I hope the store's owner reads this and realizes a sales person like Dee is a terrible liability. I would still love to work with this store if the owner contacts me directly. I was deeply offended by the random, unprovoked and horrid treatment I endured from Dee.

I recently visited this store on a Sunday afternoon as it is regarded as a store that specializes in Navajo and sterling jewelry of which I am a fan and longtime collector. While they did have some nice pieces and I was interested in a $300 necklace, I was extremely taken aback by the totally rude and snobbish saleswoman. She was dismissive of me, didn't offer any assistance or information about the piece I inquired about. I was shocked at her rudeness. I will never visit this store or recommend it to anyone. People like this sales clerk give the Riviera Village an unnecessary bad reputation for snobbishness. Not sure if she was a clerk or an owner, either way she is terrible with people. Once and done for me. My money will spend fine elsewhere or online.
