“So glad to have Lunada Bay Hardware in our community! This charming hardware store is jam-packed with everything you need to repair and improve your home. They have a complete line of cleaning supplies and tools you just can't find at big box stores. Not only do they have A ton of garden tools, gloves, and supplies for my gardening efforts but they have ladders and step stools and things that are easy to pick up here and not go out of town to get. If you're looking for something to make your home better then I would suggest going here first, The people here are great and I bet if they don't have what you want they can get it for you! Usually, I'm a independent auto & motorcycle mechanic, but I had this odd job to do a touch-up paint job for my client's car and needed to get it right on the first try. The counter person was very helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me with this task. He taught me various professional tips to do it right in such a short period of time. After seeing my finished result with the challenging rattling spray can painting method painting and advanced clear coating blending , he essentially made me a professional car painter in just 10 minutes!??
The color match mixing technician in the back room was unbelievably professional—A true maestro of color mixing champion ?. The spray can I received was a perfect match to the T !

“I’ve shopped at numerous Dunn Edwards paint store locations over the years, but this one is by far, the best! In all my other experiences, I’d enter the store to select a color and be left alone (for sometimes an hour), to pour through hundreds of color swatches, becoming more confused and overwhelmed with each one I selected. The Hermosa Beach location has a color specialist named Hilda, who will assist you in selecting just the right palate for your project. She knows all the latest trends in the world of interior design, which can be extremely helpful when making such an important decision. Don’t become overwhelmed with the 50+ shades of each color that exists, go to Dunn Edwards in Hermosa Beach and let Hilda assist you!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Sherwin-Williams. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been absolutely amazing, but Jason deserves special recognition for consistently going above and beyond.
A few months ago, Jason helped me perfectly match my existing paint color. After the color was matched, I decided I wanted something different. I kept going back and forth to the store, buying samples, changing my mind, and comparing different colors. Through it all, Jason remained patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Most people would have become frustrated, but he never did.
After finally choosing a color, I completed my bathroom but had to put the rest of my home projects on hold for a few months because of family matters. When I started focusing on my house again during the week of July 6, 2026, I went to grab my paint sample so I could purchase what I needed—only to realize I had accidentally thrown it away. I didn’t have a receipt or any information to identify the color, and I thought I was going to have to start the entire process over again.
Instead, Jason refused to give up. He manually searched through the system until he found my original purchase from months earlier and identified the exact color I needed. I was incredibly relieved and so grateful for the time and effort he put into helping me.
That level of patience, dedication, and customer service is incredibly rare. Jason made me feel like a valued customer instead of a burden, and that meant so much during a stressful project.
