Great little boutique on the Riviera. It’s been there for years and has kept up with the fashions of the times. A lot of of selection packed into the small corner store. Very friendly sales team ready with suggestions combinations and demos… they can really put together an outfit for you for any occasion. They also have a custom shop by appointment only on the second floor. I love cashmere and they have toppers in every color at a good price. Unique selection of belts. And of course, the quintessential summer beach dress.

Horrible customer service. If you walk in
Here and not buy something they look at you in a weird way. This is the owner. I have spent thousands of dollars and she is just rude. She lies and tells you Eveything looks good on you. This place is just horrible customer service. Bad bad. Shame on you for being rude.

SO cute. And everyone who works there is so so sweet. Just stopped by today to look into a pair of boots in the window, Shelby who was working was so incredibly helpful. She helped me find the right boots as well as some pieces that would go with them. They are all very skilled stylists - I can’t wait to go back!

My favorite place to go shopping anytime I have an event. Krushenka is always there and very knowledgeable about styles and fashion.Highly recommend this hidden gem in the Riviera!

I have been going to Papillon for years. I absolutely adore Krushenka. If you have an event, vacation, need every day clothes with class and flare, work apparel, or just want to treat yourself to beautiful clothes, make a styling appointment with Krushenka. It is an experience. I have seen her work with all shapes and sizes. I have witnessed women cry when they see themselves in her clothes. A friend of mine commented, “I have never felt this good, this beautiful in clothes before!”I attend formal events 2-4 times a year and Papillon is the place I go. I always find the perfect dress, feel good in the outfit, and receive a lot of complements. So many times I have been asked, “where did you get that dress.”I also love that her clothes are unique and different from what you see everyone wearing. Her clothes are timeless, trendy, and classy!

I have been shoppping at this store for years now. Since the pandamic much has changed. When I used to go in there I had TRUE service, the salespeople would look at you and pretty much bring out something that fit you and made you feel fabulous. Im writting this because I care about this store and today I was VERY disappointed and insulted to say the least.Im a beautiful Brazilian woman who embraces my curves, Im 38D-30-40 So I I wear a Medium or Large depending how kind the desiner is right? But I have never been larger then a size 10. Anyway I walk into "my little store" and this young lady (dont know her name so forgive me for describing her) Asian in her 20s greets me nicely. I told her Im looking for an alfit for my bday party, something nice not too overdressed and flattering. Im only 5'4 . She pulled put somethings I did not like and I said with curves I need it to be certain way, she proceeed to say, well you have to trust the process, lets just try these, and she put them in the dressing room. So I think to myself, be open minded and give the kid a try. She brought me all alfits that were not only not flatterinig, but size 12, 14, 16. Forget that she got the size wrong, yeah it should not happen at THIS STORE. But she did not listen and was pushy making me come outside to put a belt on me even dough I told her I did not like it. I felt border line humiliated and pushed around. I come from Media Sales, in advertising. PLEASE TRAIN your staff, and she was like well Im sorry everytime she brought me the wrong size, makes me wonder if she was really stupid or just trying to make me feel like s*** about myself. What a HORRIBLE Experience!!!! By the way when I used to come to your store, I would buy one of each color of whatever I liked. Dropped some good money into your business! Shame.

I am a psychotherapist in private practice who is very particular about my attire. I have to dress professionally, I’m older and not a size 2, so Joseph ribkoff works very well for my body type. Sometimes it is difficult to find articles in the style and color that I want. I searched all over the Internet to find a particular top but I wasn’t able to find it until I found the Papillon website. The customer service that I received from Diego has been amazing. He really listened to what I wanted and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. My order came early and was packaged with the utmost care. I know that I will be a loyal customer even though I live in Michigan.Thank you Diego and Papillon!!!!

Loved the choices of garments; stars are for customer service and satisfaction edited after initially giving 5*.I didn't receive the 50% sale per stores posted sign, the sale was for winter clearance items which I got and paid full price. I was very disappointed to find my garment half off online a day later at DeCabana. com when I searched for Joseph Ribkoff brand. From now on I will go check the website directly instead. I guess if you're not a regular you get different treatment. I won't be back here.
