We love our Pedego Trail Trackers which we purchased in 2020 from Pedego Redondo Beach! We have received excellent service and support over the past 4 years and love the staff at this dealership. My family of 5 rented e-bikes last week from Pedego and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Brett was SO incredibly helpful and we threw a LOT at him. 3 kids, 3 different size bikes, one kid with a bad attitude :) He gave us more than exemplary service.

I am super impressed with the service I recently received at this Redondo store. I bought my Pedego from the previous owners Ken and Sue. I was very saddened to learn that Sue passed away, she was a super nice person. Ken, her husband and the shop mechanic, decided to retire after his loss is what I heard. The new owner has 2 stores Redondo and PV. They replaced my tires, tune up and soldered a headlight wire that had broken. They also replaced badly needed brake pads. The communication was great, the workmanship fantastic and the price reasonable. The turn around time was fast. I will be back for sure.

Pedego exceeds expectations. Our large group (about 18 riders of various levels) spent the morning hanging at the shop and got to emgage with their entire team at the Redondo Beach location (prime access to the beach and surrounding areas). The level of care, service and good energy from this family run shop is unmatched. We were given a friendly intro to eBikes and let loose. Our bikes were super clean, in great condition, and above all FUN!!! EBikes are a vibe. With plenty of options, I recommend Pedego for their values, genuine care for their customers and community, and super safe well maintained bikes.

Very informative bike shop. These folks are pros and proud of the company they work for. I learned the basics of ebikes along with potential things to look out for after purchasing an ebike (theft, repair, etc). Our sales rep explained that the company has been around for a while and only sells their brand so you only have to deal with them if an issue occurs with your bike instead of dealing with a typical ebike shop that sells other brands of bikes and will have to get in touch with other brands if there is an issue.Excellent quality of bikes, although priced a bit above a typical bike shop. I like to think of them like the apple store of bike shops if that makes sense. I'll be referring them to friends and family interested in looking into ebikes.

Another overdue review...This company has staying power. I'm sad they left Long Beach and wanted to say thank you!We bought our bikes from a friend. They were over 12 years old at the time. The Pedigo guys found new batteries for us and were able to fine tune our bikes to; as new condition.Buying a random ebike might be cheaper but having one with lifetime support is priceless.
