Al and the JJ, I can't thank enough for so many reasons:
1. Customer-facing model with clear and constant communication
2. Asks all the right questions and treated me/empathized given my complicated tax situation
3. Timely letters mailed out to me to schedule my appointment and a new user-friendly site to upload documents for Al to work on so that when we meet it is touch and go, easy peasy
4. Reliable and honest

I was referred to Al at Premier Tax by a good friend of mine when I needed to shift my company to start being taxed as an S Corp and couldn't be happier! Al is so patient and diligent in explaining all things to me helping to set up my S Corp and get us prepared for taxes. He's so laid back, gives plenty of examples and we run hypothetical scenarios so I can thoroughly understand implications of a wide range of options and make better business decisions. I couldn't be happier with him and anyone I have have had to talk to at Premier Tax over the phone! Al isn't the "just trust me Buddy!" kinda guy, he really wants to make sure you feel comfortable and understand what's going on! No question is too simple or silly. As a woman business owner this is such a breath of fresh air and exactly the kind of trustworthy and respectful business I like to work with. Thanks Al!!!

Al is highly knowledgeable in tax planning & preparation, he takes good care of his clients and provides the time needed to understand their needs, provides the best advice and eventually file their returns, he also partners up with other professionals like financial advisors, estate & commercial attorneys and book keepers to provide clients with best financial solutions. His team are very friendly and offer worm and timely customer services. Premier Tax services is very affordable and highly recommended .

They were delayed in responding with my inquiries needing help with taxes. I sent them a copy of my 2020 taxes like they asked me and then I still didn't get any response until someone texted me and said they would call me and that never happened . So I put I am not impressed . And they told me maybe I should look for another Tax Service since I'm not impressed . They are not so friendly

Premier Tax did our tax returns for years. In 2018, we got an IRS audit, and when we reached out to Premiere Tax, specifically Al, he would not return our phone calls or emails. He totally disappeared on us and we were forced to find another tax accountant to handle the audit. Very unprofessional to ignore a customer especially when they did our taxes!

I started working with Al 1/2 way through 2021 to get my taxes in order. I had been working with someone else who didn't give me the guidance and support I needed. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, I need to get set up the right way. That's when I was referred to Al. He met with me and took the time to help me understand what the best next steps were, including a fairly complete restructuring of my business entity. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to turn over a job to someone you trust and know is working for you! I highly recommend Al and Premier Tax Service!
