I'm not a big fan of most medical groups but find Providence very friendly, efficient, and kind. They always remind me of my appointments and when I arrive I'm in and out. Dr. Hwang and the nurses are very competent. I feel I'm in good hands.

This is the worst medical place I think I've ever been at. The doctors don't know, or aren't sure about what they are doing. The staff is rude, and just want to rush you through. This place could be dangerous if you're going through something that you really need help with. Do not go here, for your own good.

I needed to have a form signed to go on a Boy Scouts trip with my son. I just had a physical so all I needed was a signature on a form saying my heath was fine to go. Typically at other offices I just drop off the form and pick it up later. This office INSISTED I be admitted, basically gave me ANOTHER physical (by a nurse practitioner which I objected to every step of the way saying I DID NOT WANT ANOTHER PHYSICAL) and charged my insurance almost $400. I never even saw a doctor. Since I had already had a recent physical it was not covered. Just incredibly disgusted. Won't be back.

Fast forward 2022, still a big fan of Dr. Son. He is compassionate, caring, thorough and always leaves me with words of encouragements in addition to medical advice. Overall, just a kind human being. May the universe protect him forever!

Very rude staff. Dr. Seema Johnson should have her Doctors License taken away. She doesn't know what she's doing. Do not go here, could be dangerous to your health.

Dr Sun's office is the worst I know of for prescription renewals. I feel that business considerations trump medical necessity in the decision to authorize, or not authorize prescription refills. Days and Weeks have gone by between ordering a refill and finally receiving the medications. The office requires in person visits before renewing prescriptions for economic, not medical reasons. Shame on them for their greed.

Since the remodel its been great, but then covid hit and half the chairs in the lobby cant be used. The remodel of the exam rooms is nice, but I always worry about HIPPA as the walls are paper thin. Staff is always attentive. I wish the Urgent Care hadn't closed. My PCP is here and I have been seeing him since 2015

I'm not sure what kind of physical doesn't involve bloodwork to be done, right there and then, but apparently that's how Providence operates. Now I get to try and schedule a follow up appointment with Quest, who are booking more than a week out at this point. On top of that, they let me know after 5:00 the night before that my doctor is not available. When I tried to call them back, it put me through to the emergency operator because their offices close at 5:00. Of course they wouldn't/couldn't put me through to the person who had JUST called me. Sat around for 3 hours today to have a nurse practitioner look me up and down and basically say, "yup you look pretty healthy, see you next year." Don't waste your time here.

Front desk staff is super rude. Had an appt. With doctor and office cancelled me twice. Had to make an appt. With another doctor. Upon arrival it was a complete mess. Front desk check in person was rude and not compassionate at all. This was my 1st appt. In a long time and I was nervous. She made it very difficult to proceed and was annoyed when I didn't have answers to questions I had no idea about. Would give 2 stars however the doctor I actually saw turned it around for me so I gave it 3 stars.

i’ve been a “patient” here for 2ish years but i’ve only seen my PCP once. every time i try to make an appointment, my actual PCP is busy and they offer me another doctor, but many times theyve all been booked and they can’t take me in. last time i called, they told me to go to urgent care since everything was booked….. i understand and sympathize with how the office must be impacted from covid, but long before covid i still had trouble booking appointments, not to mention the online portal showing every single day as being fully booked. not sure why so many of the providers are listed as accepting new patients if they can’t ever find the time to see these patients. i would look elsewhere if you’re in need of a PCP.

Their referral person didn't do a great job. They referred me to the wrong doctor type, and I had to follow up myself a number of times to get a response. As of this post, I'm still waiting to hear something. When I try to call them, the number is constantly busy. Otherwise, the facility was clean and organized.

Excellent Team! I love Dr. Shen. One of the best doctors I've ever had. She is understanding, caring, and has great bedside manners. She is very well knowledgeable, experienced yet very down to earth unlike some doctors I had in the past that treats you like a number and have power trips to control you with their conceited and arrogant attitude. Dr. Shen is what we need from our physician! We are already stressed out ourselves with illness, I always leave her office feeling better not upset because my doctor is a jerk. Her staff and nurses are great too. Always follow through and help with my questions and concern. Even when I moved up to Orange County, I drove the distance to see her. Just make sure your insurance accepts her. I recently had a change in insurance and allowed my incompetent agent to do the work, unfortunately they messed up and not my doctor's office. Thank goodness for the office staff to give me the correct information so I called in the insurance company myself and did the correct changes. Double check all the information on your own. Do not rely on your agent or insurance company!

Dr Sun is an excellent physician. Although my visit was routine, he took lots of time explaining everything to me. While most doctors say, Come back in 6 months," Dr Sun suggested every 3 months. I appreciate that very much. The office was recently remodeled and very modern and clean. All staff were honoring virus protection protocols. I felt secure knowing i was in a safe place. Prior to entering the waiting room patients are temp checked and asked specific COVID questions. Plenty of parking in the underground garage. Good place to see a doctor.

Urgent Care Office. Some visits are great, others total garbage! I call in first to see if the good doc is working that day. If he's not, I wait, or go somewhere else. Now, on a good visit, you go in, get seen, get diagnosed correctly, and leave to pick up a prescription fairly quickly. A bad visit has all kinds of hurt: missed diagnoses, snap judgments, attitude, arguing with the doc, etc. Expect a 70% chance of a billing issue - Just suck it up as the cost of doing business. I can't forgive them for refusing to treat a friend because the friend had a condition usually found on the east coast. Except the friend got sick while on vacation in, wait for it.... the east coast! My friend kept getting sicker, until a relative called their east cost doc, who phoned in a prescription over here. Within a day of starting the antibiotic, my friend was feeling better. Hey Doc! Being stupid and belligerent does not compensate for a misdiagnosis. -Just sayin.
