Everything was easy breezy! Two gents working were lovely, and friend and I had a blast. Recommend!
UPDATE: Returned again! This time with my son, and we rented a bike that he could ride on the back. We had a blast, and he was whooping for the most of the ride. Looking forward to returning again in the near future.

These folks could not be nicer. We rented bikes and had a small issue and they came right to where we were to help support us. Turned out to be user error and they were still understanding and gracious. Will be a customer for life!!

I had a flat tire in Redondo Beach, only realizing it when I unloaded my bike to ride along The Strand. With a quick call to Redondo e-bikes, they took care of my flat tubes within an hour! Thank you, Alex and Art, for helping me get back out there with my bike!

Alex and Art took care of us from showing us options on EBike rentals to how to Operate them. 5 stars, would highly recommend new E Bike Riders come see Alex and Art at 10am for a wonderful E-bike experience. Our trip to Santa Monica and back was epic adventure to say the least. We hit rain, wind and flocks of Tourists and still had a smile on our faces. -acp

The staff was great, very helpful, and walked my through the process to get started with the e-bikes for me and my two kids (10,14). Could not be more plessed with the service, prices, and quality of the bikes.

Got a Groupon and they did not acknowledge or provide any accommodations for it. They said they only have 2 bikes for Groupon specials per day. Terrible service and I will never rent bikes from them.

They gave me an e bike with deffective battery. The ebike already ran out of battery by the time I stepped out the shop.

My boyfriend has had his bike sitting in the garage for months!!! We took it to a shop previously near a coffee shop near by. The wheel had came off and we hadn't really checked what happened. Supposedly there was no hope but to pay half a grand and replace the motor, and back wheel. Needless to say it had sat for a while building dust. Finally this weekend we decided to compare it to the other bikes we had. We were able to put it back together ourselves for what it took less than an hour and everything was working BUT it was making a noise. At last, we arrived at a shop where the owner would actually listen to us, allow us the time, be kind, and was honest. The brakes needed adjustment! He quickly figured out the brakes were also out and that's what was making the noise. I'm assuming at the time of damage the brakes took a toll along with the wheel. What was previously set to be half a grand ended up being priced at $60!!!!! What a difference! In Redondo, a beautiful touristy place, you're going to find a lot of shops. I'd chose this one over the rest for the following simple reasons: WALK INS! - as long as the shop is open he's available! KNOWLEDGE - this man knows his stuff! LOCATION - accessible plaza with parking The owner is also a great man with an amazing story. Support your local business and give this man a try if you're in the area. You won't regret it. Now we have a working bike and we didn't break the bank !
