Whatever they’ve changed recently needs to be fixed. I’ve called no less than 3 times for the same order and I keep getting brushed off. Today I get a “my computer isn’t working, so I can’t look your order up” excuse. Last two times I got the “I’ll check on your order and call you back” with no call back. It’s a shame since they used to get orders out quickly.

Be skeptical when you call and ask if a part is in stock. Ordered it Sept 10th and it shipped 10/4. Obviously not in stock (though I was told that it was).

Not sure what's going on. I've been calling and sending emails trying to purchase an engine and not one single reply. I reached out to them a year or so ago and the response was very quick but now just crickets

We purchased and put together a 2161cc volksracer “kit” 2 yrs ago for my daughters 64 Bug.Great experience! Car runs fantastic! We just purchased another volksracer last week, 2332cc for another project. Eddie Ramerez is who we dealt with both times. Tell him what you want and he will tell you how to get there. Great support after sale too.

This is the worst site i have ever ordered anything. Wrote almost every week and all i got was “We will let you know asap”. Its been 2 months and not a single word from my order. If you dont need parts before your funeral, this is the site.
