So happy to finally be done with this place! ^^ After Mike and Darlene tricked me into my lease they refused to let me out of it so I was forced to stay here for the year. Here's how the year went:1. Found out the extended construction noise was due to a fire that had occurred here. Mike and Darlene never mentioned this to me I was told by another neighbor in the laundry room. There was a time in May 2022 when I saw a group of firefighters go onto the roof of the front building. There was no emergency at the time so not sure why they felt the need to go up theredailybreeze.com/2020/01/…2. Mike told me trash and water was included when I signed my lease but then I received a bill from UMS a few months into my lease. My first UMS bill says service start date is 1/1 and there is a new account opening fee on it. When I called UMS and told them I didn't open this account they said they had received the request from my onsite management team. When I questioned Mike he said he never said it was included even though me and my boyfriend were both there and remember clearly. If you do choose to move here, please make sure to download a copy of your lease agreement from the web portal and verify all details discussed with Mike3. Multiple power outages4. Constant water shut offs5. Thin walls on the fourth floor (beach peak view), especially front hallway and bedroom areasThe location is gorgeous but the building itself isn't very nice and then the senile management makes it a complete waste

The property and management are absolutely amazing. The managers are as fair as can be. Some tenants are sour spoiled and will find any reason to complain wherever they go. Some are satisfied knowing this is probably the best it can get. Anytime maintenance was needed, it was done. The property itself is maintained well regularly. Well worth renting if you’re looking to enjoy a beach apartment.

I genuinely thought I'd found my dream apartment and I'm heartbroken. I told Mike specifically that I was moving to get away from a large construction project that was occurring at my old building but they did not inform me that there was construction work being done here as well. There has been construction work everyday I have been here and I've been told this has been occurring for several months and will continue. Movers beware please double check and ask about noise before moving in. Avoid at all costs the management team here is dishonest

Yes, the building has beautiful views. But are they worth it? The managing company is an absolute nightmare who doesn't care about the health and safety of their tenants at all. They regularly turn off the water supply to the entire building (approx. 2x per month, every month) for the entire day. When the water is turned back on, it's unsafe to drink or use for at least 24 hours after. So expect not to be able to shower/brush your teeth/wash your hands/flush your toilet for 4 or more days every month. Which is fun, you know, when you're paying almost 3k in rent every month. Also, the building just had a major apartment fire in January 2020 (you can google video of the fire, it made the news). Everyone living on the 5th floor and part of the 4th had to move out of the building. Some people lost *all* of their belongings. And the managing company didn't even bother to send tenants an email checking on our welfare until 4 days later. Their response was slow, inadequate, and callous. It became abundantly clear that they only care about keeping tenants for the rent money; they couldn't care less whether we have running water, working smoke detectors, or clean conditions. So, no, the view isn't worth it. As someone who has lived in the building, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you choose to move into Sea Haven Resort Apartments, you will very likely regret the decision deeply.

Kind, thorough and reliable property manager onsite. Very thoughtful neighbors. Very pleasant place to live and incredible views. Nice facilities.

Do not rent here. GGE Mgt and the owner (a dr who lives up in PV) do not care about any of the renters. Major electrical fire here on Jan 27, 2020 and they haven't helped any of us to date. They are leaving us all in slow motion. 30 Plus units damaged and made to move out with no other info. Refusing to contact back. Result of faulty wiring and not ever fixing the bad wires from years ago. Asbestos has now been confirmed and they are moving at a snails pace. I ran into the owner on Friday and he blew me off and walked away. I'm not one to run after a 90 year old retired dr but man is worth several hundred million dollars and you think he would have some compassion. Fire. Smoke. Water. The damage is endless. Do not rent here. I paid $4200 to move in and 8 days later a fire and they have yet to give me my money back. Patrick the head guy with GGE doesn't reply. Phone numbers do not work. I could go on forever but bottom line go somewhere else.
