South Bay Galleria is a great mall with cool architecture that has potential. Locals consistently come for movies, exploring shops, and visiting the big stores or the pizza place in the food court, especially when everything is themed for the holidays. However, it has been losing a lot of stores over time and now feels like a ghost town with many vacant storefronts and not many shoppers. Some find it frustrating as elevators are often out of service. The community is encouraged to support the mall and its stores to help bring it back to life.
