My son attends sessions here. I really want to talk to someone in higher authority apart from the receptionists/ front desk about a concern I have. Who can I talk to. I would prefer a telephone number if possible. Not the phone number listed on their website because the front desk picks up.
Update: My concern has been fully resolved promptly. I am glad. Thumbs up to them

My son has been coming to Speechcom for almost 2 years now. We love his therapist Miss Andrea. He has a hard time seating and she always manage and works with him patiently during his sessions.

My daughter Zoe is 3 years old. She enjoyed going to Speechcom learning with her Speech Therapist Andrea Casillas. At 1st she wouldn’t say hi to anybody. Now, she’ll say “hi” & “ bye” to all the therapist who works there. Andrea & everybody who works there are very nice & welcoming.

My 2.5 year old had Kylee as her SLPA. Kylee is great, and I can see how an analytical language processor can thrive with her. We were with speechcom for a few months, alongside early intervention services. EI quickly noticed that my daughter is a gestalt language processor. After talking to Myra and Kylee, we decided to stop services with them because it was stated that speechcom doesn't have any SLPs that are knowledgeable in GLPs. My daughter has had only 3 sessions with a therapist that is certified in GLP at a different practice and we have already noticed a significant difference. This isn't a bad review but just trying to inform those parents that if you have a neurodivergent kiddo that is a gestalt processor that this place might not be a good fit for them at this time.

This review is long overdue. Speechcom has been so amazing to us. My daughter has been attending since she was 4 and 3.5 years later, she graduated speech therapy! We've worked with Ms. Christina & she has been an Angel on earth. So caring, patient, understanding, and a lovely person all around. I'll definitely miss her but I am very pleased with our time spent with Speechcom!

My son really looks forward to going to his speech therapy every week. All the therapists are wonderful and caring. Also it is not difficult to make or reschedule appointments with the front desk. We have seen significant improvements in speech since starting at speech com

I did speech therapy for a few months here for my toddler & Miss Kylee was so great! My child thrived and improved in his speech very quickly. When we would have a substitute SLP, they were all great as well. Very kind, caring and appropriate for pediatric speech therapy place. I would highly recommend this establishment and their friendly staff.

I am frustrated with this business... Kaiser referred me out... no one ever called or left a voicemail or emailed me in regards to make an appointment. I called on a Saturday, the person that answered said she couldn't help with that since the person who makes the appointments works on the weekdays. Which, I understood...They took down my information for a call back... NEVER CALLED ME BACK... okay... well I'll try again right? I called, got through to someone they booked my appointment and said they would email me the confirmation and anything they may need... okay cool, finally. NOPE never received any email... well, I called again Saturday, (I shouldn't even be surprised) they can't even look up appointments.... I'm not trying to cancel, reschedule or book... I just wanted to check. My child's speech delay is very important to me and the fact that this is such a big obstacle is super uneasy.... Hopefully Kaiser can refer me out somewhere else because I can't anymore.

My son sees Victoria at the Redondo beach office, and she's been amazing for him. Patient, allows him to be him while helping him, involves his interests in their sessions, etc. She really pays attention to who he is, what he needs, and I appreciate that. He's improved a ton and he's so sad their sessions are winding down.
As if that weren't amazing enough, she sees my friend's child, and their previous ot gave up on them, full stop. I recommended Victoria, and Mom is happy. Her child is treated well, and seems to have made strides in a short period.

My daughter has been going here for about 6 months for speech services and we love it here so far! Everyone here is so nice, but I really want to acknowledge Ms. Chanelle. I really appreciate all the hard work she's doing with my daughter. She's patient, kind, and really bonds with my daughter. We are truly grateful to have her. Thank you Ms. Chanelle!

SpeechCom is a wonderful place. The staff are all very welcoming. My daughter attended for about a year and demonstrated so much growth within that time frame and was able to graduate. Ms. Victoria is amazing at what she does and my daughter loved going to her weekly sessions. If we ever had to miss a session, Ms. Victoria was accommodating and provided activities to work on at home. Thank you SpeechCom for helping my sassy little one!

If you are looking for speech and occupational therapy for children, Speechcom is the place and I highly recommend the following amazing therapists:Ms. Kylee (Speech therapy)Ms. Sammie (Occupational therapy)Ms. Victoria (Occupational therapy)I write this honest review in hopes that parents that are searching for services learn that Speechcom offers comprehensive services for children in need of Speech and Occupational Therapy. Here's my child's convulated journey to accesing services pre- Speechcom and the drastic difference once we found Speechcom :My child was waiting for a speech therapy referral to go through to another agency for almost 1 year. I worked along with his pediatrician to locate another option and I was pleased that my child was referred to Speechcom. Given my previous difficult interaction with another agency, I did not have high expectations. However, from the minute my child's pediatrician submitted the referral and the insurance approved the referral, Speechcom was efficient in following up to schedule the initial consult.Since this occured the week before the holidays in Dec 2021, I was not expecting the staff to schedule an appointment. However, Ms. Kylee C. (Speech therapist) was so dedicated and proactive in helping my child that she gave me the next available appointment! My child was able to start receiving services from the 1st week of Jan 2022! I was in awe how our turmolous journey was quickly brightned up by Ms. Kylee's hard work. Since then, it has officially been 1 year now and my child is talking! Ms. Kylee is truly passionate about speech and it shows. My child regularly asks for her at all times. Additionally, Ms. Kylee took it upon herself to assist with a pending Occupational Therapy referral the pediatrician had previously submitted. Ms. Kylee made it her mission to follow-up with the staff and learn that a new contract with my plan was underway with Speechcom and even helped my child be seen the day the contract was in place. Due to Ms. Kylee's support, dedication, and work ethic, my child was able to begin Occupational Therapy on 10/2022 with phenomenal Occupational Therapists Ms. Victoria and Ms. Sammie. The best part about this is that my child has gained awesome therapists that collaborate to deliver exceptional and individual services to children and families in need. My family and I are ecstatic that we finally found the right fit for our child and trust that we have made lasting bonds with my child's therapists.Pro's: - wonderful therapists (simply outstanding)- flexible schedules- parking-Saturday Appointments (limited)Con's :- Can't think of any

Speechcom is one of the best therapy centers. My daughter speech therapist Victoria is very patient and thorough. Even when my daughter is not having the best days Victoria continues to work with her in her most professional way. My daughter speech has increased so much and I will continue to send my daughter as long as needed.
