Sweet Factory is located by the food court of the SouthBay Galleria Mall. The store offers a nostalgic and heartwarming experience with oldschool classic candies and a wide candy variety, fully stocked. It is described as a kids heaven. Due to the Covid pandemic, most of the candy is pre-packed in clear, little packaging, which is appreciated for hygiene. The employees are noted for being super kind, knowledgeable, and providing impeccable customer service. However, some reviews mention absurd candy prices, feeling expensive. Customers enjoy the nostalgic factor and have a great experience, but note that you can spend a lot of money picking up so much stuff.
Over price candys i pay $59.49 for 3 bags candys and gummis and there is a poster in the wall that said $4 and up dolars per pund. The place is cute but i will not buy there again.
